The Polderschuur is an independent house for up to 2 people, with all the facilities you could wish for. On the ground floor you enter the cozy living room with kitchen. The bright, stylishly furnished living room is a wonderful place to spend time. Relax on the big couch with a good book or watch a movie or your favorite program on the TV with excellent sound system and radio. The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, combination microwave, pressure cooker and Nespresso machine.

Bohemian : include boat, supboards and pool

Discover adventurous outdoor living in this oasis of tranquillity by the water! Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.

We hope you will treat our boat as well as we do. Of course, smoking is not allowed inside. No problem for you? Looking forward to welcoming you! In consultation, you can also rent our sloop (boat license required). Children are welcome if they have a swimming certificate.

The houseboat has a capacity of up to 11 people, has a total area of approximately 240 m2 and has 4 bedrooms, two toilets, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with all imaginable appliances, washing machine and dryer, and in the garden a spacious heated and covered Jacuzzi. The spacious living room has a seating area around the fireplace, television.

Within half an hour, you will be in the heart of Amsterdam or Utrecht. Unique is the bright living room/kitchen with large windows all around and French doors to the terrace. Unobstructed views of swans, ducks, coots. And in the evening, you can relax by the fireplace.

Feel welcome! Behind our house is De Schuur, a romantic, cozy and unique guest house, equipped with every comfort so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. Enjoy the Jacuzzi and sauna on the veranda. There is a gas BBQ and a lovely outdoor fireplace. (BBQ and outdoor fireplace for a fee) The bakery with fresh rolls is within walking distance. Sypesteyn Castle is across the road. Amsterdam and Utrecht +/-20 min.

Our cozy furnished holiday chalet has a beautiful garden and a large terrace with a private jetty for a sloop or small motorboat. There is a direct sailing connection to the Loosdrechtse Plassen and the Vecht. The house is equipped with all comforts, including fast WiFi, all modern kitchen appliances, air conditioning, heating and a washing machine. Directly at the house, there are two private parking spaces.
