From our jetty, you can immediately swim into the Loosdrecht water and use our sloop (which can be booked for €125.00 incl. gasoline, can be booked for €125 per day) to sail to the lakes and visit a restaurant. Or have a BBQ on our covered terrace with a Weber BBQ and cozy lighting. Close by are woods and heath where dogs can run free, with cozy restaurants.

In the picturesque Nigtevecht, yet close to Amsterdam, is the uniquely located vacation home on the wide river/lake the Vecht. The chalet is located on a large detached plot, directly on the water with unobstructed views over the countryside. With private parking. A lovely place for the peace seeker. But also the opportunity to seek entertainment in the area. Fishing on the jetty or swimming in the clean water of the Vecht, it's all possible here. A veranda has been built on the chalet.

Tienhoven is a lovely quiet village in nature

The Polderschuur is an independent house for up to 2 people, with all the facilities you could wish for. On the ground floor you enter the cozy living room with kitchen. The bright, stylishly furnished living room is a wonderful place to spend time. Relax on the big couch with a good book or watch a movie or your favorite program on the TV with excellent sound system and radio. The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, combination microwave, pressure cooker and Nespresso machine.

Bohemian : include boat, supboards and pool

Discover adventurous outdoor living in this oasis of tranquillity by the water! Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.

Unique is the living kitchen with a lot of light, big windows around. We live at the waterside and you see ducks and swans while you have breakfast or you are sitting on the outside terras. In the evening you love to sit by the fire place in the livingroom.

The houseboat has a capacity of up to 11 people, has a total area of approximately 240 m2 and has 4 bedrooms, two toilets, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with all imaginable appliances, washing machine and dryer, and in the garden a spacious heated and covered Jacuzzi. The spacious living room has a seating area around the fireplace, television.

Feel welcome! Behind our house is De Schuur, a romantic, cozy and unique guest house, equipped with every comfort so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. Enjoy the Jacuzzi and sauna on the veranda. There is a gas BBQ and a lovely outdoor fireplace. (BBQ and outdoor fireplace for a fee) The bakery with fresh rolls is within walking distance. Sypesteyn Castle is across the road. Amsterdam and Utrecht +/-20 min.
