The apartment has underfloor heating, fast Wi-Fi, a sofa bed, is spacious with state-of-the-art amenities and parking. Pretzel and roll delivery on request.

It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

The apartment was renovated in 2019. It has a separate bedroom and in the living room there is also a sofa bed. There are endless leisure opportunities here:-) We are happy to inform our guests on site. Right next door is a golf course, in winter there is a cross-country ski trail and a winter hiking trail. The terrace overlooks a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometers you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.
