It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Hallo, wir würden uns freuen, Dich auf unserem Hof begrüßen zu dürfen! Du übernachtest in einem 1-Zimmer-Appartement im Nebengebäude des Haupthauses. Unser Hof ist ein 500-Jahre alter, restaurierter fränkischer Bauernhof (Denkmal). Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft mit eigener Küche und Bad. Unser Hund Zahra wird dich freudig begrüßen, daher wäre es gut, wenn Du Hunde und Pferde magst, denn diese leben auch hier am Hof. Bei Bedarf ist ein Wohnmobil-Stellplatz vorhanden.

Kleine Dachgeschoss Wohnung im Ortsteil Steinbach mit Möbeln komplett eingerichtet. Schöner Blick Richtung Lohr und auf den Main. Parkplätze an der Straße vorhanden. Das Treppenhaus teilt ihr euch mit uns und unseren 2 Jungs, die lebhaft, aber lieb sind und erst abends in den Stock darunter kommen. Ein Kleiderschrank befindet sich noch im Aufbau, im Bad befindet sich Badewanne und separate Dusche. Spielplatz oder Bäcker sind in direkter Nähe, alles Weitere dann in der Touristenstadt Lohr.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Die eigene Terrasse mit Blick auf den Spessartwald lädt zum Träumen ein. Der Wanderweg startet direkt vor der Tür. Zweibeiner trifft man hier nur selten an, dafür Vierbeiner. Unser kleiner Zoo besteht aus Hunden, Katzen und Minischweinchen.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss meines Hauses in Hain im Spessart. Das Haus selbst ist am Hang gebaut, dadurch ist die Haustür über 30 Treppenstufen zu erreichen. Im Haus selbst geht es dann noch 15 Stufen nach oben. Die Anzahl der Gäste ist hier auf 3 begrenzt. Falls mehr Gäste kommen möchten, bitte eine Anfrage schicken. Nach Absprache ist es möglich, dass mehr Gäste kommen. Es kann noch ein Doppelluftbett aufgestellt werden.

Wir haben zu zweit einen Wochenende in Lohr verbracht. Anne Maries Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Die Ausstattung war perfekt, sowohl was Küche als auch Bad und Wohnbereich angeht. Wir haben uns von Beginn an wie zu Hause gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt und auch von der Haustür aus sind mehrere Wanderrouten fußläufig zu erreichen.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Aco und Susi war super. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und waren jederzeit bei Fragen oder Anliegen gut aufgehoben. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, die Küche gut ausgestattet und alles in einem Top Zustand. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend unterwegs sind wäre die Unterkunft bei Aco und Susi unsere erste Wahl.

It was a great stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city — peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature. The location offered beautiful views and lovely walking paths that made for a very relaxing experience. The apartment itself was impressively spacious and exceptionally clean, with a spotless washroom.

A modern bathroom is featured, characterized by sleek black tiles and illuminated by soft purple lighting. A large mirror enhances the spacious feel, while stylish vases with bright flowers add a touch of elegance. Two toilets are positioned in separate cubicles for privacy.

Wir hatten zu viert einen tollen Aufenthalt in Hösbach. Das wunderschöne Haus und die Umgebung mit dem Bambus Garten sprechen für sich. Das Bamboo Haus ist ein architektonisches Meisterwerk. Alles perfekt für ein entspanntes verlängertes Wochenende. Nochmal Danke an Stefanie für das einmalige Erlebnis im Bambus Garten/Haus. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!
