Situated in one of Salzburgs oldest areas, our 300 yr old house is central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery sits on our doorstep. The apartment has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, and a small bathroom with shower. The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (5€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

We are from New Zealand and stayed with Valmira and Jens for a night. The place was so nice and clean — it felt like home sweet home after a long journey. The couple who owns the place are incredibly kind. She even gave us fresh eggs from her chickens for breakfast, along with beautiful flowers from her garden. We (2 adults / 2 children) had a wonderful time in the cottage of Johanna & Martin. The cottage is furnished with a lot of love for detail – everything is new, high quality and thoughtful. There's really nothing missing. The highlight was the fireplace, which provides a wonderfully cozy atmosphere on cooler evenings. The location is perfect for those looking for peace and nature. No traffic, no hustle and bustle – instead fresh mountain air, birdsong and a fantastic environment. Of course, the spectacularly beautiful view is particularly inspiring: the view of the mountains in the morning, with a cup of coffee in hand – the stay was worth it just for that. We really enjoyed the days there and would come back any time.
