Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

With the first rays of sun you will be awakened in the bedroom and can enjoy the sunset on the apartment's own terrace or from the living room. Due to the unobstructed location on the outskirts, you can relax wonderfully in nature and reach the town center with its gastronomy, train station, outdoor swimming pool and retail on foot. The vacation rental is located in the attic of my house in the grove in the Spessart. The house itself is built on the slope, so the front door can be reached via 30 stairs. In the house itself, there are then 15 steps up. Number of Guests is limited to 3 here. If more guests want to come, please send a request. By arrangement, it is possible for more guests to come. A double air bed can still be placed.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the mill building. Where the flour was once ground, a modern apartment has been created that invites you to feel good with many cozy details. We as hosts live in the neighboring building and are very happy to help guests. The apartment belongs to our farm, where ponies, dogs, cats and ducks live. A beautiful playground and a large meadow invite you to play.

Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.
