Very spacious and calm apartment in Ottakring .Quick and practical public transfer to the city center. You can go by bus ,tram or Underground. Various possibilities of shopping are very close like Thaliastrasse, ,Brunnenmarkt. 12 minutes by bus to Spittelberg,Museumsquartier or Ringstrasse . The apartment has a special old charm and my small new balcony is great ! The shower is inside the sleeping room . I `m sure you will enyoy my flat and relax .I want to be helpfull in any way!

Quietly located yet in the middle of the 7th Bzk

Newly renovated, bright and quiet 60m2 apartment in a prime location in the 7th district. Optimal connection via Bim and U-Bahn to all districts. Elevator available; as well as a fully equipped kitchen as well as a new washing machine. Numerous recommended restaurants, coffee houses and shops are right outside the front door – as well as a bakery, a (organic)supermarket, pharmacy and drugstores. The Museumsquartier and in general the first district are just 15 minutes away on foot.

The APARTMENT is quiet, centrally located, close to public transport, has room for up to 8 guests and is on the 4th floor with elevator. There is a big shopping mall 200m from the apartment (WESTBAHNHOF), some grocery shops and supermarkets are open until 11pm and on weekends. LATEST check-in is 8pm (unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions).
