Set on a famous boulevard in Leopoldstadt’s 2nd district, you’re steps from hip restaurants, Augarten Park, Donaukanal nightlife and the city center—including St. Stephen’s Cathedral—all within walking distance. The U1 subway stops right in front of the building. A beloved modern coffee shop downstairs serves excellent pastries and sandwiches, popular with locals and expats alike.

Coffee is available. The kitchen is fully equipped and filled with spices. In the sleeping area there is a reading light on each side and with an internet-enabled TV all streaming platforms can be used.

The apartment is ideal for short or long-term stays, located at the end of the quiet courtyard of the Gründerzeithaus on Westbahnstrasse. Exceptional living, a mix of old and new. The 50 m2 non-smoking loft is in an historical style house on the last floor. There is an elevator.
