Die Küche ist überkomplett ausgestattet: Spülmaschine, Umluft-Backofen, Ceran-Kochfeld, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, etc. Im Keller befinden sich ein Vorratsraum und eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine (kostenlos). Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. It is a unique wood-clad architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and state-of-the-art interior design, which leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel right at home.

Es ist ein ca. 115 m² großes Ferienhaus mit großer Sonnenterrasse für bis zu sechs Erwachsenen + 1 Kind. Zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet es alles, was man zum Erholen und zur Entspannung braucht. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

Our home is 110m2 set up for a family with two adults and two children. There are plenty of toys for the kids to take a break from the beach. Fire pit and trampoline in the garden as well as some exercise equipment for the adults if you want. The bedroom consists of a 140cm bed. One children's room with a single bed and a children's room with a junior bed. Klintholm Harbour is a little gem on Møn close to water, beach, forest and lots of charming harbor environment.

Our beautiful thatched house (BJ 1995) is located away from tourism in the quiet village of Pruchten. It's surrounded by meadows and paddocks. From the two terraces you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the 3000 m ², partly natural plot (Ginster) and the countryside. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house, the bike path runs in the direction of Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.
