With 57 square meters, the houseboat offers you everything your heart desires and guarantees a relaxing stay. The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

Villa Krabbennest

The cottage with the thatched roof typical of the Baltic Sea coast. The villa with 164 sqm is spread over two floors for up to 6 people. Spacious, light-flooded rooms allow an unobstructed view into the beautifully landscaped garden. On the ground floor there is 1 living room with a spacious dining area, as well as a large modernly furnished kitchen and a guest toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one of them with an open bathroom en suite and a smaller bathroom.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The apartment is located in the fishing village of Wiek in a well-kept apartment complex and is just 50 m from the harbor. The AOK Klinik Rügen "mother/father-child" spa facility is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is a cozy 20 square meters and has its own parking space. Wi-Fi or Internet is also available free of charge. Whether it's bike rental, shopping or restaurants, everything is within walking distance.

A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Feel free to write if you want to bring your dog.

Haus Backbord – My spot Rügen!

Our house “Backbord” is a terraced house in the “Mein Fleckchen Rügen” holiday complex, quietly located in a village close to the water. It has its own entrance via the large terrace and a lovely view of the garden on the 12,000 m² property. The ground floor has an open living, dining and kitchen area with historic beams and a spacious shower room/WC. The two bedrooms are upstairs.

The tastefully modern furnished apartment invites you to feel good and relax. The love of nature is reflected in the unique decoration of the apartments made of beach finds. The vacation home is located in the small district of Zaase surrounded by meadows and fields. The property is connected with a bike path to the ports of Schaprode and Wittower Ferry. A riding stable is close by. Many interesting excursion destinations are only a few kilometers away, such as the island of Hiddensee. Beaches and restaurants are within easy reach.
