Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

In addition to the fully equipped apartment, the small playground right outside the front door, the natural pond, the sauna and the fire pit can be used. Each by appointment. The old half-timbered farmhouse with outbuildings is surrounded by a park-like property with forest. Sauna fee of €10.00 is to be paid on site.

Apartment in a renovated farmhouse

Experience pure country life in our cozy holiday apartment in Wardenburg-Westerholt! The area around the farm is agricultural and surrounded by meadows and fields. Since 2021, my husband David and I have been renovating our 1870 farmhouse on our own. We share our farm with our dog "Neo," several chickens, and 4 Cameroon sheep. We appreciate the rural setting as well as the proximity to the city of Oldenburg.
