The main room offers a living area, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (kitchenette) with a small portafilter machine for loose coffee and capsules (e.g. Illy), a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Another bedroom can be separated from the main room with a sliding door. Here there is a folding bed for 2 people, fitted wardrobes, a sofa and a TV and direct access to the terrace. A main bathroom with walk-in shower and WC and a guest bathroom with WC lead off the hallway.

The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family home settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 square meters) with old wooden beams there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, living area with sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a pond. There is a children's playground directly across the street. Guest Wi-Fi available!

The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! My place is close to the city center, train station is a 10-minute walk, restaurants and nightlife of Oldenburg are very close :-). You'll love my place because of the morning bird chirping and lots of green around, even though you's in the city. You'll also appreciate the roof terrace. Only nice people live on our street. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with children).
