This unique apartment occupies the attic of a historic building, which is part of the rural buildings. Guests have 80 sq m at their disposal with a separate entrance. The apartment includes a large living room with a children's corner, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a large table and a bathroom. Upon request, we provide a historic cellar where you can spend a pleasant evening by the fireplace and a glass of wine. Villa-Larix is a wooden house with a very special living ambience. We built the wooden house to live healthy living and limited to the essentials in a relaxing location. Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian Forest. You can admire the sunset directly on the lake and really relax. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise at a distance of about 150 m.
