Super, worth to book again in my next visit to Phuket, I highly recommend

The apartment was new and clean. It was a good stay. James and his wife were responsive and helpful, but the address given by Airbnb was not correct. I took a first taxi to the wrong address given by Airbnb then I had to take a second one to the correct address given by James later.

Very nice place, identical to the photos and easy to access. Shops just down the property, including the 7eleven, which was really convenient for us. A very responsive and kind host. Thanks again 🙏🙏

We had an amazing stay at Art’s place! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated with an old-town theme, and filled with lovely paintings and artistic touches. From the bedroom, we could see a peaceful hill view, which made the mornings feel even more special. The location is perfect—very close to Phuket Old Town and all its charm, including beautiful Portuguese architecture. It’s also just a two-minute walk from Bangkok Hospital. What made the stay truly memorable was the hospitality. After booking, we received a message that this wasn’t just about staying in an apartment—they take care of everything. All our activities were organized in advance, including Phi Phi Island, Similan Island, elephant trekking, and zip-lining, all at a very reasonable price. Everything went smoothly. Art was a great host—always available on the phone and quick to respond if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Phuket!

Perfect place to stay. Very clean, easy communication, everything thought through (they've even had a small pharmacy bag there!) kitchen is perfect, view from the window very pleasant (i've finally started to visit fitness center and swim because the pull was to beatiful to not to go there and i've seen it from the window each day hehe :) Highly recommend!

One of the best ROI place to live while in Karon. There are good walkable restaurants and 7-11s. The place was squeaky clean. I must appreciate the type of materials used. The tiles on the floor are very pleasant to walk on. The sofa is much better than it looks. The washroom is big and clean. The utensils are well put. Even there’s spices if one wants to use.

The place is wonderful, cozy and spotless, just like on the pictures. The bed was very comfy and the couch as well! Sasi is very nice and responsive, always willing to help us out. We loved everything about our stay and we can definitely recommend it!

It was a great experience from the check in date all the way tell we checked out. The place was clean and reflected what was described in the App. Alexandre was super helpful even he extended his support and help to retrieve my handbag which I left it in the Taxi. It’s always great to have a good home and a great host.

Wonderful villa, it's a pity that the stay was not long. All very clean and modern. Everything corresponds to the photos. Great big clean pool. If possible, we will definitely stay here for a longer time.

My husband and I stayed here for over a month and it was AMAZING! Such a peaceful villa with amazing views and pool. There is a steep hill to get to villa but totally worth it for the views, peace and quiet. We hired a bike but also loved to walk- you have access to everything you need including 7/11, gyms, nice cafes and restaurants within a 10-20min walk (5-10min bike ride). Also very easy to get Grab deliveries (despite the hill). Gilbert the host was also wonderful, very friendly, helpful and flexible to accomodate us. Was also great to have cleaning few times a week. We were also working remotely and wifi was great. Beds and couch were really comfy. Overall a wonderful home away from home would definitely stay again.

Phuket is amazing! We loved our stay at this beautiful beachside villa. There are restaurants all along the road, massage parlor next door, and moped rentals across the street. The villa itself was very clean and well-maintained (the AC saved us from the crazy heat). We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it!

I stayed almost 11 nights at this place and really liked it. It is a bit on a "hill" at the north of patong and therefore quieter than as if you would stay at the center of patong, but you can reach everything well either by walking or with the motorbike (try to get an international driving license before coming to Phuket). The stay was clean and as described, the check-in was easy. I really liked the infinity pool which was often very empty due to the time i stayed (low-season, end of may). The apartment had everything you needed for the house-hold and cooking etc. I had some issues at the beginning with some noise in the bedroom (probably coming from apartments closeby who put some gadgets close to the bedroom) and texted with Georgi (one of the Airbnb Hosts). He answered quickly and wanted to look at it after my stay. He is very good at communicating and very friendly + fast. For the discomfort in the beginning he also gave me a free massage coupon.

Great place and hosting by Khun Natti and Mecha. Both are very helpful and responsive. Pleace was clean and spacious. Its great location if you want to spent quality time with family amd friends. Only 1 drawback as there is not many restaurants options around. And you should havr private vehicle to go around. But otheriwse it was fantastic experince and both Host amazingly nice and supportive ❤️

Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.

The hosts was extremely helpful, superb apartment, very clean and tidy, nice outside pool, but not many sun loungers, the decking by the pool, needed repairs…. Security on the front gate, I would definitely recommend this place, a big shopping mall across the road, but not much in the vicinity, but cabs are very reasonable, or get a taxi bike which is very cheap.

Our first trip to Thailand and we definitely made the right choice on somewhere to stay in Phuket. Fantastic apartment with excellent facilities, very secure and only a few minutes walk to the lovely beach and all the facilities of Kata Beach. Chris was very helpful from initial enquiry through to booking, would not hesitate returning and staying here again. As others have mentioned it is quite a steep hill up from the main road to the apartment so worth considering if anyone has walking difficulties.
