Centrally located, the flat is situated in the historic part of town, only moments from the waterfront & Hoe (where legend states Drake played bowls before fighting the Armada); the Barbican, with restaurants, shops, cafes and bars, is a 5 minute walk; Theatre Royal and Plymouth Pavilions are 7 mins walk.

A modern shared bathroom is located a short walk away and a shared rustic field kitchen with under cover cooking facilities. A compost loo is also available nearer yurts.
