Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Whitefish Lake

This has probably been my favorite place to use so far in the air bnb app. I’ve used this app in 4 states so far and this location has by far been the best. I loved the cats roaming. So very peaceful. I loved cooking here too. The people who came to put in the patio furniture were very nice as well. Very accommodating !! I would for sure stay here again. 2 weeks wasn’t enough.

Jenna s Place for our Family of 6 was very adequate - Family Spas a real highlight! Would Describe the Lakehouse as a 2 Bedroom Place with a shared Bunk in downstairs living space & loft bedroom with 2 x single beds only accessible via a steep ladder - Not really adequate for our adult children - The only negative was the Lake level being at the end of a shallow bay NO Water at all out The front so looked nothing like the photos not saying this is deliberate but i think when you book a lakehouse and pay accordingly and there is no water out the front it was a bit disappointing - Other than that the place was in a beautiful peaceful location - Lots of kayaks & paddle boards available so we were atleast able to carry down to water and had a couple of great afternoons paddling around lake ! Overall we enjoyed our stay !

Very responsive from the start, asked when we landed and let us check in a little early. House was exactly as described. Great location as we walked to town several times.

We loved our stay at SueAnn’s! The place was so cute and peaceful and the hosts were very kind. We stayed here the week of our wedding and also used the space to get ready the day of our elopement. It was perfect and Billie the dog was adorable too.

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was perfect with the hot tub, fire pit and grill. There was even marshmallow roasting sticks in the kitchen to help with our smores. Very close to downtown, but not too close. We would definitely recommend.

I had the most peaceful stay at Sara and Tim's Airbnb. Both were so helpful communicating. The space was light-filled, quiet, comfy, clean, and had the most thoughtful decorative touches. Many items provided (like all the cooking utensils you could need) that truly make one feel at home. Loved quickly walking down to the lake from their place to catch the sunset, explore the local trail networks, and easily hop into Glacier NP. As someone else said, "just book it." Hope to return again...

We had a group of 7 (3 kids and 4 adults) and we found ourselves so comfortable at Nicholas’ place! I have never been to a CLEANER AirBnb and the beds were all super comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and cozy. It was truly a perfect landing spot after our adventures horseback riding, fishing, glacier and a rodeo! We had the best time in Montana and this home was a big reason why. Thanks so much for the wonderful accommodations!

Definition of hosting guest is Personified. Great example of proactive hosting. Right from booking and checking in each detail was already shared so nicely. Having been able to share such a pristine place is in itself a big thing. Only one recommendation please if possible increase the stand in shower inside a large bathroom. Also you can advertise this EV Charging facility to get more clients which is such a plus point to have. I woke up each morning with my Tesla fully charged and enjoyed North, West and East GNP. Thank you !!

This was a great house! Beds were firm and plenty of pillows. Water pressure in the shower was great. There were enough kitchen items for our family of 4. Enjoyed the welcome treats and coffee was supplied. Easy access to stores and fun. If you stay, the House of Mystery is a must see!!

Such a great space! We enjoyed our stay. Every inch of the crash pad was well-appointed, and everything we needed was available for our stay, right down to a can of bear spray and bug repellent for our outdoor adventures. We found the location very convenient and private.

Excellent location and incredibly friendly hosts. We really enjoyed our stay here. The coffee set up options were excellent as pour over and aeropress people, didn’t even need to pack our coffee supplies! The kitchen set up was perfect for 2. Even prepped appetizers for a grad party with plenty of space and amenities. This was the perfect quiet retreat for a weekend away.

What a fabulous place to stay in Whitefish. The host, Stephanie, communicated right from the start and followed up during our stay. I had to amend my original booking and Stephanie was great, nothing was a problem. Such a positive and friendly person. The studio is beautiful and wants for nothing. Super clean and well appointed. The location is right on the lake and adjacent to the walk/bike path into town. We didn’t use our car in the evenings, just walked to get dinner. You’ll wish you lived there. Completely turn key. Don’t need to say much about Whitefish that has been said already. An abundance of outdoor activities with such a minimal human footprint. I’ve stayed at a few other Airbnb’s. This lakeside studio is what they should all aspire to.

Couldn’t have been any happier with the accommodations. Clean, with a cozy feel…and had “extras” like bear spray to borrow for our hiking adventures. Cheryl was friendly during a couple brief encounters…the space felt very private despite the owners living upstairs. Was quick to respond when asked about restaurant recommendations. Great experience for a reasonable cost. If I ever come back to Montana, would definitely book this property again.

Brett and Andrea’s place is truly a hidden gem—peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for a getaway. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there were plenty of cozy blankets and pillows, ideal for unwinding and watching a movie. If we find ourselves back in the area, we would absolutely stay here again!

Dan was accommodating and friendly! The space was great and in a beautiful spot. Good value for the area!

It was a wonderful four night stay. The location was pretty convenient for accessing most places around Glacier Park(Kalispell, whitefish, Pulson etc). Also Bigfork itself is right next to amazingly beautiful Flathead Lake too. Hidden Retreat is located in a peaceful, quiet environment so we could also get great rest everyday after touring the area. We can tell that Nancy put her heart into everything in this home. It was very clean, It has everything that travelers need. Montana is one of the most beautiful states in the U.S. if not THE most. Also this vacation home would be one of the best places, if not the best to stay while there. Highly recommend for Montana travelers :)

Daniel was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. I would definitely recommend this BnB to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant place to stay. I hope to return again soon!

I had a wonderful stay here! The place was spotless and very comfortable, with high-quality furnishings, a great bed, and well-made kitchenware — it’s clear that a lot of thought was put into the details. The location was also great: within easy walking distance to local restaurants and shops in Whitefish, and only about 45 minutes to Glacier National Park. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Sweet place about halfway up on the big mountain. A quiet and very comfortable stay for myself and my dog for four nights while we explored Whitefish and Glacier.

Fantastic, quaint, within walking distance to many places. Better than renting a regular room at a hotel.

Great place we loved the location. It is a bit of a drive into town. Walk up or down ski in. Loved it.

The condo was clean and nicely decorated/equipped. We especially appreciated the beautiful bear skin on the wall. It is very conveniently located for skiing. The only disappointment was that the hot tub and sauna were closed. It looks like they are currently being remodeled.

We enjoyed our stay here. The best things about this condo are the great location and the really excellent bed. It is nicely furnished an decorated. We really liked the nature photography. The kitchen/dining area is a bit tight for major cooking, and the equipment and dishes are a little limited, but since we weren't really doing that kind of cooking, it was fine for us.

Lots of construction and dust going on right now. But, if you plan to be out and away, it doesn’t really matter.
