Christopher was an excellent host and his home provided an exemplary stay. Communicative and friendly, Christopher was always more than happy to address any questions we had. The house is beautiful and spacious, filled with amenities from kitchen supplies to board games. Thank you for a wonderful time Christopher, we would love to visit again!

First Stavros was a stellar host. Proactive in communication and always responsive. Very attentive, we had one small interruption with the wifi that he promptly addressed before we even noticed! The house property is absolutely stunning and gorgeous, peaceful, spacious, very beautiful. The house has everything well stocked. Kitchen had plenty. I can't find one thing to comment that isn't positive. We all enjoyed ourselves to the max. The most enjoyable was the three walls full of windows that made the thunderstorms so beautiful to watch in the living room. The little stream in the back so pleasant to sit silently. No notes, incredible escape even in the pouring rain. The ambience, even down to the little things like walking through the door to classical music, was truly top notch.

If you’ve stayed at their former AirB&B, the Art Cabin in the Woods, you’ll remember the little touches that made it magical, surprises at every turn - imagine that x5, that’s what you find here. GORGEOUS indoor space that’s colorful, whimsical and yet upscale & refined, from the radiant heated floors to the fully stocked gourmet kitchen..the cozy living room with the biggest TV I’ve ever seen to the bedroom’s atmospheric wall-mounted fireplace.. the PERFECT mattress & the deepest soaking tub these old bones have ever had the pleasure to melt in! True luxury Outside - hot tub, grill, fire pit, wood-burning sauna…3 decks, seating everywhere, and the views…all speak for themselves. 2 nights wasn’t enough, strongly suggest minimum 3, I’m already planning!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Olga’s! The design throughout the space is beautiful, and staying on the second floor feels like floating among the trees. It’s also wonderfully private, with great food spots nearby that make the location super convenient.

What an excellent stay - this airbnb was incredibly well stocked with kitchen supplies, games, extra linens, really anything that one could want. Amenities were high quality and very thoughtful.

From the beginning of our journey to the conclusion of our journey Livia’s hospitality and thoughtfulness of her space we were very impressed. Squeaky clean, well stocked kitchen (just about everything you’d need) comfortable beds and clear instructions for the household are its selling points. This is our first experience with Livia’s property and it won’t be our last. We’re planning on another visit later this year because of this experience. The ratings are real people! You won’t be disappointed.

This A-frame escape was exactly what I needed — the perfect break from the city. The place is beautifully designed, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches. The jacuzzi was absolutely incredible, especially under the stars at night, and the A-frame structure made the whole stay feel like a peaceful retreat.

The Hideout was such an amazing place to stay and the A Frame was exactly what we were hoping for. It had everything we needed and Samantha was very communicative the whole time. A perfect weekend with the toddler and the dog!

The house and property were absolutely lovely, clean, and peaceful. We had everything we needed. When there was a big rain storm and the internet had some issues, the hosts responded immediately and reset the modem and offered to call Spectrum. Issue was fixed right away. The pool was perfect temp and so restorative. Would 12/10 recommend staying here.

My husband and I had a wonderfully relaxing time at the Little Owl Teahouse. It’s a cozy and well-outfitted cabin with a super comfy bed and a great leather reading chair. Drank lots of the delicious mountain well water. Made breakfast in kitchen — love the pans and electric cooktop. Short drive to Woodstock for dinner. And oh the beauty of the surroundings - scenic views everywhere. Our two little doggies were happy to romp in the fenced in yard. Little too chilly when we were there but pool looks so appealing. Lisa is a proactive and super responsive host.

The hosts was checking on us &if we were enjoying the house throughout our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations!

Words do not describe the location. Take a few days, relax, eat at the Landing Steakhouse. Water wheel or Milford Diner for breakfast. Stop by Fox N Hare Brewery/ Pub. Then after all that sit on the deck watch the local wildlife sip your beverage of choice and take in the serenity of the stream and waterfall.

Beautiful house and interior. The house was clean and well prepared. The basement is an entertainment hub. The weekend we visited was cold but the fireplace inside the house and fire pit outside made the weekend enjoyable and fun. Very pet friendly. Our dog had a great time exploring the woods while we in the hot tub. Amazing place to have a chill weekend with friends and loved ones.

This place is amazingggg. Such a perfect experience. I’m so glad I came here. I love it so much I ended up saying two extra days. I wanna keep it all to myself. I don’t even wanna tell you guys about it. 😂 this place really is as perfect as it looks. The beds are so comfortable, the view is amazing. The sounds are amazing. Everything is high quality. Heated floor and seat in bathroom. It’s so peaceful and private. There’s a Japanese style hot tub in the backyard that overlooks the river. And string lights thru the back yard. I love it SO much. Everything here is so intentional. Jenny did an amazing job with this place. And Jenny is so chill and fun. I don’t wanna Airbnb anywhere else - this place has ruined it for all other places 😂

Had the best time at the little red cabin! Very peaceful and relaxing area. My dog had the best time too! Great fenced in yard, great porch with grill, beautiful scenic lake to walk around. We will definitely be going back!

I’ve stayed at a few air bnbs and this one stands out, Harry’s and Sean’s place was so well taken care of, and they thought about all the details of the space beautifully. I would love to come back to it another time when I visit an event at bethel woods in the future ! They also had a bottle of wine in the room which was an unexpected sweet touch.

We had the best time at Amanda s cabin in the woods. So cozy, so comfortable. It was impeccably clean. I wish I could live there. Amanda responded right away, the fact that it is pet friendly is a plus!!! I want to come back as soon as possible. If you want a little getaway, THIS is your spot. My husband, myself and our furry baby had the best cozy time ( FYI: I m all about cozy!) Thank you for everything. For those who are like me, you have found the perfect place! Enjoy 😉

My wife and I spent a very pleasant weekend in Joe & Amy's cube house in the Catskills. It's situated in a nice clearing with trees all around and offers quite a bit of privacy. The cube house is comfortable and well-outfitted, and the sleeping area has a window above for star-gazing while in bed. You can climb up to the top of the house and sit outside for a relaxing outdoor perusal of the night sky and surrounding environs if you wish, and the place is overall thoughtfully set up for a different kind of tiny-house stay. Joe was easy to communicate with and responsive when we reached out to him with questions. I highly recommend. We are looking forward to returning.

Booked this cabin for a little NYE retreat with my partner and our dog, and it exceeded all of our expectations. the space is spectacular, with perfect antique and vintage accents and so much charm. lucky for us, it snowed for half of our stay, which made everything so so cozy (and our winter dog had a blast running around the property). we loved listening our way through the fun record collection, and I quite enjoyed reading quietly with my morning coffee. we cooked a number of delicious meals in the well-stocked kitchen. our friends live in the area, so we're very familiar with Livingston Manor and Roscoe (highly recommend both towns) and both were a short drive away. the loft bed is super comfy, and the Aesop bath products were a luxurious treat! We'll definitely be back.
