This solid 1,100- sq. ft house is in the heart of old Tarpon and is a perfect, simple escape for a few days, a few weeks or longer. The north-facing house sits on a one-way brick street and is an easy walk to everything in this quaint, Greek-flavored town. Trish was an excellent host!! She was quick to respond to questions and very accommodating! Her property is beautiful and served our needs well!! We actually used both rental spaces in her house and it was perfect for our family. It definitely exceeded our expectations!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! :-)

Cottage with pvt. entrance, in Tarpon Springs!

Excellent location of this cottage. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The downtown area was only two short blocks away. The sponge dock area was less than a mile walk. The brewery across the street was an added plus. The hot water was quick and the fine spray shower pleasing. The tenants in the back were unnoticeable. The two drawbacks were the extremely loud bathroom fan and the need for light blocking shades although it wasn’t a problem for us. The 2nd bed might be a problem except for maybe children as there is only a divider between the two “bedroom” areas and there’s a skylight above the bed. That said for a couple the place is a great find.

This was our second stay here, and we loved our time as much or more than the first! It is so peaceful to sit on the deck overlooking the water, watching dolphins, manatees, and other wildlife swim or fly by. Terry and Don are great hosts, friendly and responsive with great recommendations for local restaurants (many walkable) and things to do. We will definitely be back yet again in the future.

Great place to stay. Perfect location, just a short walk to downtown where there are great restaurants and shops. We were hard pressed to find a place that would allow 3 dogs and not charge crazy fees. They have a safe yard for the dogs to run in. And plenty of room and beds. 10/10 would recommend for a family trip or large group with animals. Host was very easy to work with and upfront and honest!! We’ll definitely be back!

This is an ideal place for a short break --- I was in the Tarpon Springs areas to visit my Mom for Mother's Day. The room had all the amenities I needed. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the kitchen facilities were what I needed. The neighborhood is quiet but close to Tarpon Springs center --- and the proximity to the bayou is a bonus. Kyan had prepared the place excellently. It was easy to get in after a Trans-Atlantic flight and a night arrival, and he was on hand virtually for any questions.
