Amazing host and always available to help/guide so our stay will be peaceful and happy. I had issue getting the TV login and I had to message Ben for getting his help as it was his account. Ben responded to my message early in the morning with in 8min I sent him message. It made my day to see my host being available when I needed something even if it was not an emergency type thing. Thank you Ben we will be back again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Biniyam’s place! The house was spotless and well-equipped, the fully equipped kitchen made cooking meals a breeze. The bedrooms have chairs and tables, convenient for remote work while traveling with a big family. Binyam was a great communicator and provided helpful local tips. The house location was perfect for exploring Downtown Silver Spring and Washington DC and close to the metro station. Lots of great restaurants and groceries close by. The EV charger was a lifesaver! We were able to charge our Tesla overnight and didn't have to worry about finding a public charger. It was so convenient and made our trip much easier. Thank you for providing such a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Prime location with pristine and comfortable accommodations. Mark was quick to respond to messages and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment to any individual or couple looking for a cozy respite.

Megan is an accommodating and communicative host. She answered questions quickly, and was flexible in letting me check out an hour later and shipping a couple small packages to her house. The neighborhood is walkable, there is plenty nearby, and it was a great home base for my week in DC.

Very responsive host. The side yard is very nice for people with dogs that travel. Location is very nice but DC traffic during rush hour can be rough but this can be planned for. Would stay again.

John and Adam were excellent hosts. There were very responsive to my questions and issues. I loved the grounds and very well stocked kitchen. I would gladly stay there again.

Quaint basement studio with ample space and very roomy. Can comfortably sleep 2-3 adults. The most beautiful backyard. Has all the amenities.

Rodrigo and Monica were wonderful hosts, I would 100% recommend this location to anyone interested, as a busy graduate student the amenities at this location saved me lots of time and it was well worth the trip!

The place has all the amenities like cooking, great shower, has a washing machine and dryer. Has netflix access so you wont bored. Easy access to highways. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt safe. We have a great time staying in this place.

Tucked in the heart of Bethesda with a quiet charm that somehow still feels central to everything, this stay was a gem. Getting around was a breeze—whether by foot, metro, or last-minute snack run to the 24/7 CVS or 7-Eleven. The apartment itself? Immaculate. Fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some. The internet didn’t blink, the TV was streaming-ready (a blessing for our nightly Netflix ritual), and we barely had to buy a thing beyond food. Rodrigo was the kind of host you wish all hosts were—attentive, responsive, and refreshingly clear with every detail. Winston, the building manager, was also incredibly kind and helpful. Bonus points for the cozy terrace, which turned into our favorite nighttime hangout spot. All in all, one of the most exceptional Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Would come back in a heartbeat—no hesitation, no second thoughts, just pure comfort.

Love this clean calm space-the balcony was wonderful. Mark was super responsive, checked in on us and we had everything we needed-especially in the kitchen. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. Thank you Sean, Megan and Loren for all your helpfulness and a lovely stay!

Christopher was a great host :) Check-in was super easy, and he was very responsive with any questions we had! Beds were super comfortable, parking was convenient, and super accessible location!

Cheri and Cliff’s home was immaculate! I will absolutely be booking for a future staycation! The bnb was so cute and they were extremely responsive! I was a little nervous that they were staying above the home at first, and despite the footsteps on the ceiling, there were no disturbances whatsoever; it will not deter me from future bookings with them! 10/10

Thomas’ place was stunning. The view was amazing, and the entire space felt cozy, charming, extremely clean, and peaceful. The location was perfect—beautiful and walkable, close to Tysons malls, great restaurants, and the Tysons Metro station. A perfect spot for anyone visiting the DC area. Thomas was very attentive and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions. Overall, this is a top-notch place and probably my favorite choice when visiting the DC area.
