This was our second time staying at Ao Marama. It is a peaceful, beautiful retreat. Rustic in many ways, but very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Stayed with my adult kids and grand baby. We had an absolutely amazing stay at David’s accommodation! The home was set out well to suit all of our needs and had recently been updated. Access to the kayaks was an excellent way to enjoy the ocean and have fun together. Such a beautiful location central to heaps of local sites of interest, not to mention the gateway to Abel Tasman National Park. Good comms from host - very easy to book and access. Would highly recommend and would definitely return, if in the area! Thanks again David.

We had a wonderful time! The location is gorgeous, the property has been lovingly designed and is very well thought-out, and Elizabeth and her family couldn't have been nicer. We loved the walk down to the beach and walking to Collingwood, and the birdsong in the evenings and mornings was amazing.

This was a great kiwi bach in a great location, right on the beach at Pakawau. We were there over Xmas so having a well equipped kitchen was important and we were not disappointed. It had large amounts of fridge and freezer space and everything that we required regarding utensils, dishes etc, as well as a bbq. This was a lovely spot and we would definitely hire it again.

What a lovely place to stay in Kaiteriteri. The house is great. Spacious, clean, great outdoor spaces and a well appointed kitchen. Kaiteriteri is a very peaceful and beautiful town to spend a few nights in and this AirBnB fits right in. I would recommend this place and stay there again myself.

Very well equipped house for a family holiday, had everything we needed. Gorgeous location close to beach, national park and the shops we needed. All 7 of us had a great stay!

This is a superb place to stay- short walking distance to beach, modern new home that feels warm and welcoming, more spacious than the photos show, outdoor place to have meals. My stay at Ligar Bay was great and had everything I was looking for. The property had a private deck that was very relaxing to sit on while looking at the water. I found the house was warm and didn't need the heater even though it was cold outside. Would stay again.

Jacque's place is in an amazing location. You have a beautiful unobstructed view all day long. the Bach includes all the necessary amenities and then some. We used the paddle board and kayak every morning at high tied to explore the water, rusted ship and sand spit!

Lovely, spacious designer home right by the sea. Someone has invested significant coin into this house at some point - you can almost control each light fitting independently if you have the patience!! Great new kayaks to use (with life jackets) and a well equipped kitchen, with two (or even three) fridges available!

Wow! Be prepared to say that over and over again if you stay here ( and you should stay here!). The house itself is immaculate! Peaceful, serene, beautifully decorated, and it nestled on the lush hillside overlooking your own golden sand beach. There are paddle boards and kayaks for your use. The sunrises and sunsets are amazing. And, you have your own private chef… who is so talented and friendly…. He is an artisan pastry chef (but can really cook anything to perfection) and you will be the welcome recipients of his art. Words simply cannot do justice to the experience of staying here! You’ll just have to book it and see for yourself. You won’t be sorry you did… and the. You will be writing a review just like this one.

This is a stunning place to stay .the views , the gardens amazing . There were 15 of us ranging in age from 1 year to 68.we booked all the cabins and the house. We had our meals around the big table and played cards every night. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds . Lots of games and books there. Elizabeth and Duan and children were lovely and very responsive to any queries. It was a good lesson for us townies to be mindful of our water use as it’s reliant on rain water. We all loved our stay there. A New Zealand paradise

We've been booking Airbnbs for over 10 years and this is the best place we've ever stayed. The location is amazingly beautiful with a gore private beach just steps away. The fact there's a private chef cooking up restaurant-quality meals for breakfast and dinner every day is just insane. And, finally, the views from the room are just spectacular. Well worth the price.

Very quiet place, only heard birds, crickets and cicadas, lovely! The view from the property down to split apple rock and over towards Nelson is absolutely stunning! The property itself clean, free of clutter, all amenities you need, fantastic. Private walk down to the beach, wonderful fine sands and not a lot of people, safe place to swim, overall enjoyed our stay! Good restaurant/cafe in Marahau, just a short drive away, shopping in Motueka, loved the walks and the kayaking. Will definitely come again.

My family and I travel often and we only stay in Airbnb properties as we have 3 young children. This is hands down the most amazing house we have ever rented. The location was so peaceful and serene. The house was truly unique, in both its lay out and comfort.the beds were so comfortable and the whole house beautifully decorated. The library was an added bonus! We loved evenings outside, walks to the beach, and the beautiful kitchen to cook meals in. The house itself is a destination, but it’s also so close to hikes like wainui falls and the grove. We will always stay at this house when we come to NZ to visit family. Thank you so much for the incredible time!
