Cosy Beachfront chalet/studio (20 mt. from beach) on the South East coast of Ireland, fully self contained with well equipped kitchen, shower & w.c. I now have a stove in so it's very cosy for winter stays, I will supply enough fuel to get you going but you will need to buy your own fuel from the local shop!You have uninterrupted views of the Irish Sea, it is a very tranquil setting.Ideally suited for a couple or 2 adults ,if they don't mind sharing a double bed! Lovely relaxing environment, Ample free car parking space.Local shops/pub within 15 mins walking. Close by amenities include Leisure Centre with swimming pool etc. Large town,Gorey, 10 mins drive away with lots of nice places to eat ... Bed linen + towels are supplied but please bring your own beach towels. I live above the property if there is a problem or you need anything , but otherwise you will have total privacy ! Safe beach for swimming, One clean, house trained dog is welcome ,but please inform me if you are bringing your dog :)

Extremely private patio garden to rear which has the old town wall as part of its boundary. The patio walls are uplit at night and provide a lovely atmospheric private space to enjoy a glass of wine or just relax. Parking is available nearby in Rowe Street car park €9 per 24 hrs. Free parking off High Street from 18.30 to 8.30 am.

"Stable Cottage"

"Stable Cottage" is an old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse. It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old beams, pine boarded floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally, it was the stable where the horses were sheltered and fed for the winter months while the wheat, feed oats etc was stored on the loft overhead.

We are in close proximity to a number of 18 hole golf courses and a par 3 for the novices.In Graiguenamanagh we have canoeing plus other water sports with "Pure Adventure "on the river Barrow, Bike Hire to explore the beautiful countryside which surrounds us ,Hill Walking on the Blackstairs Mountain Range and Brandon Hill we also have beautiful walks along the River Barrow, Pottery Making, Horse Riding also in the area are a number of soft play areas for Children.

It is the ideal place to relax with a book and enjoy the many small birds and wild plants that share the space. It is a great base for walkers and cyclists to explore the surrounding pretty villages and beyond. What better way to spend an evening than to cook in the out door kitchen and dine under the stars.

The Lodge at The Silver Mine

With spectacular views of Bannow Bay, The Lodge is a place that induces a long, deep intake of breath. It’s like a look-out post to the elements – expansive skies meet earth and fields that slope to the sea. Blackhall and Bannow Island, within a five-minute drive, have long sandy beaches. The wonderful Tintern Abbey and Colcough Gardens are fifteen-minutes away, and Wexford town is twenty-five.
