The apartment is barrier-free and in a current modern condition. You have your own parking space right in front of the apartment. There is a lockable bicycle storage room right by the house, especially for bicycles!

It is in the immediate vicinity of the Volmarstein Orthopedic Clinic, which can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. In 10 minutes walk you can reach the castle ruins Volmarstein with a fantastic view over the Ruhr Valley. Our apartment has a fully furnished apartment. There is a double bed in the bedroom.
