The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

The flat is 2 minutes walk from the Circus, 5 minutes walk from the Royal Crescent. Great cafes, wine bars and restaurants are on the doorstep, it’s a short walk to shops.

Secluded, private, away from main roads but with good access to public transport. Free on-street parking. We're close to lovely restaurants and cafes, with direct access to gorgeous country walks, the River Avon and the Kennet and Avon canal tow path. On arrival you'll find fresh milk, coffee and a range of teas and biscuits. We don't serve breakfast or have a kitchen, but there are some great cafés nearby and a supermarket a minute's walk away.
