R&R Retreat #6 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a study. It is conveniently located less than a mile from Mountaineer Field at Milan Puskar Stadium and both Ruby Memorial and Mon General Hospitals. It is located on the top floor of a 6 unit apartment building. We aim to rent all other units to working professionals who keep normal hours and maintain a respectful noise level. The building offers coin operated washers and dryers along with one off-street parking spot per unit. No pets.

Relax at our convenient getaway- a simple loft, recently renovated, perfect for a small family, couple, or small group of friends! Only a short drive or uber trip to downtown, WVU, and the stadium. Our space is new and we are still working out some details. We do not have finishing touches like coffee and large trash cans.
