My place is close to the city center, art and culture, great views, restaurants and dining, and parks. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the location, the coziness, and the kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The home is only 2 blocks from bars and restaurants and less than 5 blocks from Historic Downtown Wausau. We enjoyed our stay at Laura 's place. She had everything a family could want. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood and walkable to the Mosinee Brewery and River Park. It had a big, private backyard with patio, gas firepit and furniture. We felt right at home and Laura was responsive and very, warm and friendly. She genuinely wanted us to enjoy our visit and we did. I would certainly recommend her home and stay again.

This house was so perfect for my group of seven girls! It had a fully functional kitchen with all the pots pans, utensils, and spices you could need. The river provided a beautiful view, and the home was located in a very walkable and private neighborhood. everything was clean and there was plenty of extra towels, linens, paper towel, towels, etc. for us to use. Kathleen was incredibly quick to respond and helpless answer. Any questions we had about the house and also made sure to provide local recommendations of things for us to do during our stay.I highly recommend!

Gary was a wonderful host. Everything was there that we needed and we appreciated the cleanness of the home. If we are ever in the area, we would love to stay again. We highly recommend Gary’s home.

Cozy, Quiet & Sanitized

Had to be in town for a few days of appointments. It's quite a drive for us, so I decided to book an AirBNB. I booked Kathleens place after learning that my go to BNB was occupied during the time that we needed. Kathleens place will just have to go on my list of BNB options in the area. The place was more than I even expected... I don't think the listing does the space justice. I will admit that if you are after brand new, squeaky clean, sterile conditions this might not be the place for you. It was absolutely clean in every way that mattered but had a vintage cabin charm that you just cannot get with "sterile" We felt right at home, and I would not have it any other way. I was able to DoorDash some groceries and make pancakes in the morning! I forgot a couple things but found that the things I needed had already been left in the kitchen. What hotel could we have done that at? Kathleens place is a great example of what I love about AirBNB. Would recommend this stay to anyone.

Dean was a fantastic host—quick to respond to any questions and genuinely helpful. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and spacious place to stay.

My mom and I had a wonderful weekend getaway at the Sunset Suite. It was the perfect size for the two of us—cozy, spotless, and stocked with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The sunset views were stunning and created such a peaceful atmosphere. We especially appreciated Regan's thoughtful list of local spots to check out—it made exploring the area even more enjoyable. The reading nook was another highlight; it was such a cozy little corner to relax in. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we’d definitely love to return!
