The Coach House

This expertly refurbished 19th-century Coach House is full of character and all ready for your luxurious relaxing break. The open-plan living area has a exceptional view, and when you want a change there's a large smart TV and good-quality broadband for entertainment. The kitchen comes with induction hob and oven, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as all the pots, pans & utensils you need for cooking up delicious meals. The shower room/toilet is conveniently tucked away in a corner. Walk up the distinctive oak staircase to find the upstairs bedroom, with its impressive round window. It sleeps up to three people in a kingsize double bed and a separate single, and there's also room for a travel cot for an infant.The Coach House is ideal for a couple on a romantic escape, or for a family with young children looking for a safe space to relax and play. On edge of Forest of Dean with excellent walking/cycling routes, and canoeing on the River Wye just 20 mins away. Cheltenham races 40 mins.

The Annex at The Oaks

The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe.

Lovingly restored semi-detached mediaeval stone cottage with own terrace just across the yard from our house. Perfect for short breaks or longer stays if you are home working. Our large garden is yours, so watch dragonflies on the pond from the summerhouse and sunsets over the black mountains from our field. Modern, sunny kitchen, underfloor heating, calm sitting room, curved staircase to beamed room with double bed & shower/bathroom. Additional breakout/sleep space in my amazing garden shed.

The Coach House

The Coach House has been completely renovated in 2023. With a modern contemporary feel and situated in the lovely village of Pontshill you'll find a peaceful and beautiful location perfect for walking, cycling, canoeing or a quiet weekend in the countryside. The property has 1 bedroom/living area with bathroom and a kitchen downstairs. There is parking for 1 car in a covered area. The Forest of Dean, River Wye, Symonds Yat, plenty of outdoor activities and beautiful walks are nearby.

The Game Larders

Wythall is a half-timbered manor house in a secluded and idyllic setting with garden, fresh water lake, wooded grounds and vineyards. You will enjoy peace and quiet here and see an abundance of wildlife. Wine tastings and vineyard tours are also available via appointment. The Game Larders is completely self contained and situated in the west wing of the manor house. It is well equipped and furnished, with access to ample parking space and central heating throughout. Pets are welcome.

The Stables

Woodland retreat in the glorious Wye Valley. Fire pits and wood burner-fantastic private outdoor bath and shower area. Sleeps 4 in two rooms all en- suite. Well behaved dog welcome with a supplement of £30 per stay. If you have more than one dog please contact us as we might be able to accommodate. We would ask you to be mindful of our policy for your dog during your stay. Can combine stay with Perrycliff Cottage which sleeps 8 in four en suite rooms with panoramic views.

The Honeypot

Enjoy the lovely setting of this private spot in an area of dark skies. A beautifully positioned and presented shepherds hut, with a view of penyard woods and the skirrid in the distance. With the outside area benefitting from a south facing aspect, you can enjoy the warmth of afternoon sun, leading into an evening of beautiful sunsets and starry skies on a clear night. The hut provides you with amenities that will enable you to have a comfortable and relaxing stay.

On the edge of The Forest of Dean and Wye Valley, this cosy getaway is a professionally converted and exquisitely decorated annex to our main property. This conversion was completed in 2022. PLEASE NOTE... You are welcome to use the woodburner during the summer months (May - Sept inclusive) but I do not supply firewood during this period. Please bring your own supplies of firelighters, kindling and logs if you would like an inside fire during the summer.
