It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

The Annexe is next to the Village Green leading to Dover’s Hill. There's a small lobby, bedroom with TV, tea tray, shower room. Upstairs - a cosy lounge with Smart TV, sofa, fridge ,microwave- no kitchen.Outside, a small terrace with table & chairs.The Seagrave Arms is just 5 min walk away. Lapstone Barn (weddings) a 10 min drive -sorry no pets or children.

The accommodation is approached from the side of the main house and has panoramic views up the valley across the Cotswold countryside and towards Campden Wood. Access is by an easy staircase to a balcony with a private entrance. The balcony has a table and chairs to enjoy a coffee or an evening gin and tonic.

The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.
