Relax in our spacious (140m2) single-family home on the southern edge of The Hague. The house is a semi-detached house that was built in 2020. The house is well insulated with a spacious garden (220 m2). Ideal for a family with 2 young children. There is much to do on the green south side of The Hague. Park Madesteijn is 500 meters away, the forest (Ockenburg) is 1 km away, and the beach is 2 km away. Everything is easy to cycle to. In case of bad weather, the Uithof activity complex beckons.

Welcome to our cozy home! Our house on the ground floor and first floor is located right in the center of De Lier. Here you can enjoy a comfortable bedroom, a luxurious bathroom and a modern kitchen with a cooking island – fully equipped so that you can cook for yourself as if you were at home. With free parking at the door, all the shops, and the supermarket within walking distance. And you can be in Rotterdam, The Hague or Delft in just 20 minutes. This is the perfect base for your stay.

Mooie woning uit 2021. Eigen prive parkeerplaats en heel de dag zon rondom het huis. Drie slaapkamers, twee met een tweepersoonsbed van minimaal 1.60 meter en één kinderkamer met een ledikant tot 4 jaar. Een badkamer met bad en douche. Een keuken met veel opties. De woning staat in het groen, naast het natuur- en recreatiegebied Madestein. Ook De Uithof, Ockenburgh en uiteraard het strand is dichtbij, allemaal binnen een straal van 2,5km. Iedere ochtend een vers eitje van onze drie kippen.

Our detached holiday home "Haags Duinhuis" located in The Hague/ Kijkduin; renovated in 2017, fully equipped kitchen, sauna, fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 of which has a bath, sunny terrace where late sun shines; smoking and pet free. Situated on the child-friendly Kijkduinpark, with an indoor pool, 600 meters from the beach, 1 km via the dune to the cozy boulevard of Kijkduin, 9 km to the center of The Hague, beautiful cycling routes to Delft, Rotterdam, Hoek van Holland.

Vacation home near forest, beach and culture

The house is part of a modernized farmhouse and very suitable for families. It can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children. The 2 largest rooms have their own bathroom. The 2 smaller rooms share a bathroom. There is a large living room with pellet stove and large dining table. Outside, you can sit on a sunny terrace. Forest and beach within walking and cycling distance. Close to Rotterdam, Delft and The Hague. Groups of friends only in consultation and max 8 people, age from 35.

Luxury home (180 m2) by the sea and on the edge of the forest

Our house was built in 2020 and is energy neutral. The heat pump provides pleasant warmth in winter and cools the house on warm days. Our backyard borders a ditch and forest, which guarantees an instant vacation feeling! The beach is close by (less than 3 km) as well as the nature reserves Madesteijn and Ockenburgh. Beautiful and quiet surroundings for hiking and cycling. Historical cities such as Delft, Rotterdam, Leiden and Amsterdam are nearby (between 20-55 minutes drive).

Renovated house (2022) with two floors of 65 m2, suitable for up to 4 people. The house is on private property and is adjacent to the other vacation home with a shared garden. The cottage fits perfectly with the surroundings of the farm and the forest. Nice beds, a rain shower, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Ideal location for visiting the beach 4 km away. Centrally located of cities such as Rotterdam, The Hague or Delft. (House is not suitable for groups of friends)

The cities of The Hague, Delft and Rotterdam are in the vicinity. The house is centrally located.

An ideal place where you can escape the hectic everyday life in every season and enjoy nature and the outdoors, with the bustle of the city nearby.

From the park, you can cycle up the boulevards of Kijkduin and Scheveningen! The Hague is also easy to reach from here, reach, fun for shop lovers or if you are interested in Dutch history.
