The whiteloft is one of our top locations that we have been offering on Airb&b since Oct 22. The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

The accommodation was designed with a lot of love for detail. The house shines with independence and special character. The house is heated with a wood pellet heating system. The electricity is generated by a hydroelectric power station adjacent to the valley mill. Sandbox, barbecue area in the garden, table tennis, table soccer, plenty of space to play and direct access to cycling and hiking trails offer you the conditions for a pleasant stay. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

In the stable – side by side with chickens and horses

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

The house is situated in an extremely quiet area at the end of a cul-de-sac, completely free from through traffic. It is fully equipped to ensure you a comfortable stay. Bed linen, towels, pillows, and blankets are included. The modern kitchen features an oven, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a toaster. Additionally, a washing machine with an integrated dryer, an iron, and an ironing board are at your disposal.

Der Ruhepol is your private, floating retreat surrounded by nature, water and silence. Wake up with a view of the river, enjoy romantic sunsets on the terrace, and let the gentle lapping of the water lull you to sleep. Our houseboat is a fixed floating bedroom and not suitable for driving. ❤️🌊
