My family had a great stay at the house. It's located in a nice neighborhood. Mai, the host, is very accommodating and provides what guests need. We made the right choice in choosing this house.

Really affordable and the place was so clean. Host was super friendly, they even adjusted to tone themselves down, because I was working every night. I had so much inquiries and even bothered them to look for frozen stuff and asked if may available sila na water gallon. But they did it and answered me, amazingly. though, I would recommend to have a dish scrub or sponge. (Nahirapan ako mag hugas hehe) but overall, if you're looking somewhere na peaceful and malayo sa city, it's the place to-go. Plus, nalaman ko na may small 7/11 pala sa street—and pauwi nako nun. huhu. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Highly Recommended! Very accessible to Dumanggas Port and Public Market hihihi. Malinis din ang place and has complete set of appliances and other stuff you need to have a comfortable stay. We stayed here for my brother’s wedding in Bacolod and had an amazing experience. We had lots of family flying in from different parts of the Philippines and abroad, and this home was the perfect place for us to gather, relax, and enjoy each other’s company. The caretakers—June, Pia, and the rest of the team—were all incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always ready to assist with a smile. Venice was also wonderful to communicate with, responding to all my questions promptly and clearly. The property itself is peaceful and surrounded by a beautiful garden, which made it feel like a serene retreat. It was quiet, cozy, and welcoming—we truly felt at home here. Thank you for making our family’s special occasion even more memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm, comfortable stay in Bacolod!

Phillip's home is really a home away from home. It is very spacious and contains basic needs. The kitchen is almost complete and we were able to cook our meals. This is a huge plus as we are a group on a budget. Kuya Greg was also very helpful to us and always asks if we need something. This place is around 15 minutes away from the airport and if perfect if you want to move away from the noisy city. Highly recommended and will book again when I go back to Iloilo.

A home away from home. The place is nearby good restaurants in the Villa Baybay such as Tatoys, Breakthrough and Stanleys. Near City center - our grab from the airbnb to molo plaza is around 100+ only. Thus location-wise, great steal. The place is comfortable and provides ac in each room and a fan in the living/kitchen. Clean towels and linens, no dusts in the furniture and flooring. Water pressure is good also with bidet in both cr (one in the upper floor and one in the first floor) Plus points is they provided water for us to drink.

Arriving at Residencia 50 was like entering a magic garden. The place was beautiful and immaculate. The staff, Emily and Amy, were most accommodating and the owners were gracious and elegant. My company and I couldn’t have a better time staying at this place. It was truly a memorable experience and we couldn’t wait to get back. Thank you, Anna. See you again soon.💖💖💖💖💖

The condo was conveniently located across from Festive Walk Mall and also provided easy access to the airport. Check-in was easy and the condo was clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and good to deal with. I would certainly consider staying here again.

This place was awesome. Bed was conformable and the A/C worked great. The balcony was actually usable with 2 chairs and a table on it. The staff that worked at the complex is very friendly and helpful. The Gym was nice and modern. I would for sure stay here again.

Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a relaxing, comfortable stay near Moalboal. The hosts are exceptionally helpful with everything from local recommendations and directions to organising tours. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom is nice with a warm shower. The location is quiet about 10 minutes drive via tuktuk to town. There is a nice restaurant and laundry facilities for only 200 pesos. We booked an early morning tour through them to do the Kawasan Canyoneering and we would 100% recommend. We were the first people there so the water was clear and it was not crowded at all. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Very accomodating

Our stay at the O Residence was amazing. The mall is very close by so you can buy groceries and make dinner at the Airbnb. There was plenty of space for all 3 of us to fit and the amenities such as the pool and gym were a great touch. René was extremely helpful and responsive. Next time I am flying through Bacolod, I will be staying here.

We loved our stay! The Airbnb was cozy and well-maintained, with a great kitchen. But what really impressed us were the little touches – embroidered towels and luxurious bathrobes! I highly recommend Jlea’s place and hands down for her hosting skills as she is quick to respond to any of my questions/concerns, we appreciate her going above and beyond to accomplish any of our needs and she makes sure that we are comfortable during our stay. The place is a superb clean and have a nice balcony view, near to shops and have a good amenities (swimming pool/gym/spa etc) .

We had a wonderful stay! This place was SUCH a vibe! Perfect spot if you’re looking for peace and quiet in Iloilo. Bonus points—it’s super close to SM Iloilo (yes, you can totally walk there 👟). The place was clean AF, the host was very responsive and accommodating, and they’ve got all the amenities you need. Oh, and the best part? The host left Butterscotch as a treat 🥹.
