The apartment is located in the heart of Tihany near the Tihany Abbey, restaurants, souvenir shops, the lovely inner lake and a step away from the great Lake Balaton. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Balaton as well as the heritage town of Tihany. Couples, families and groups of friends are welcome to stay in my heritage home. Extra 800 HUF has to be paid as tourist tax by each person for each night above 18 year olds.For 1-2 night stays and for pets have extra charge.

Apartment is super quite. You can enjoy your drinks on a balcony overlooking the SPA area. Our apartment is directly on a cycling route. Bicycles can be stored in the private room next to our apartment. Lake Neusiedlersee is in walking distance 10 min and Shopping Outlet Parndorf only 5 Min drive.

Outside the city's hustle and bustle, in the middle of a beautiful landscape in Razkrižje, there is a modern EARTH- / HOBIT HOUSE, that impresses every guest. It is entirely built of natural materials (CLAY, WOOD, ...). Love for creativity and nature can be felt at every step. The evidences are handcrafted "masterpieces" in the earth and around it.

Barátságos lakrészt kínálok egy családi ház első, teljesen különálló részében (egy szoba, konyha és zuhanyzós fürdőszoba). A kert közös terület, de mégis különálló. Ideális 2 felnőtt részére a szállás, de ha szükséges, akkor egy gyerek még fotelágyon tud aludni. Das Apartment ist voll möbiliert, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. WZ, SZ, Du mit WC, Essz, WC extra. Sat TV vorhanden, Parkplatz am Grundstück .Fahren ohne auto ist nicht einfacht .Selbstversorger Das mitbringen von Haustieren ist leider nicht moeglich Info auf Anfrage.

2025 habe ich eine weitere Ferienwohnung komplett renoviert. AVA 3 ist 60m2 groß und befindet sich im 1. Stock des Haupthauses. Räumlichkeiten: Eingangsbereich, Bad mit großzügiger Dusche ( 1,20m x1m), Waschbecken, eigene Waschmaschine, getrenntes WC, große Wohnküche, 2 Schlafräume mit jeweils einem Doppelbett. Alle Räume sind mit einer Zentralheizung ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist hell und modern eingerichtet. Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft.

Biztosítunk vendégeink számára zárt, -kamerával őrzött parkolót, ingyenes wifi-t, kerékpárokat, napozóágyakat, strandjátékokat (tollas-labda, matracok, vizi-játékok), és van grillezési lehetőség. Ingyenes transzfer a balatonboglári állomásról, érkezéskor és távozáskor. Boltok, éttermek 1 km-en belül.
