Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Western Transdanubia

The house/bungalow lies in a nice quiet area which is cool for walking around. You can go to the lake in 10 minutes. The beds were also nice. We were three people but six people could also be doable. Kitchen was well equipped. The place is close to a lot of nice sightseeing (In car). Can highly recommend this airbnb.

We got to know Judit and Sandor as wonderful hosts. Communication was always warm, so the Google translation didn't bother us. In addition to the apartment furnished with a lot of love for detail, we were spoiled with delicacies. Likewise, a bottle of wine and water was available for us as a gift. The apartment had air conditioning that we could use for a fee and that also sweetened the hot days for us. The apartment was just steps from the Balaton swimming beach. There was a supermarket and restaurants in the village. Since we were there in the off-season, the beach was free of charge. In our opinion, a trip to the south beach by ferry and the lake cave in Tapolca are highly recommended. We express an unreserved recommendation for our warm hosts and thank you for the pleasant stay. I had a wonderful stay, from start to finish I was very comfortable. Alois and Carolina are open and welcoming. At the same time, I had the privacy and quiet that I came for. The apartment is detailed and lovingly designed. In a few minutes walk you are in the forest, but also to the train station and shopping it is not far on foot. I look forward to the next visit.

This experience can only be experienced, not described. I recommend it to everyone. The description is perfect, and the other reviews speak for themselves. We were with two young children and I hope to go back as soon as possible.

The house has everything you need, even more spacious than the pictures. Despite the spring weather, we caught an unexpected cold, thanks to the various heating options, it was still very comfortable.:) the view is beautiful and the access to the house is provided on good quality roads. Gorgeous few days right on the water in beautiful Balaton. Very comfortable house and garden right on the lake. We enjoyed wading out in the lake with our child. The lake is very shallow (around 3ft) for over 100 meters so you can walk out very far on the mud/sand. I would definitely recommend renting/bringing Stand Up Paddle Boards or an inflatable boat so that you can get out to where the lake is deeper to swim. At the moment, these are not provided by the host. There had been a recent invasion of buzzing non-biting midges (Chironomidae/greenish insects) along the shores of Lake Balaton but they only really came out just after sunset and were fascinating to watch. Incredibly relaxing to wake up and have coffee on the dock. 5 star stay!

We felt very comfortable from the first moment. The house is very rustically furnished and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The surroundings in particular made sure that we were able to relax. The two outdoor seating areas (terrace and in front of the house) were very convenient. When it was colder, you could also eat inside. Julian was also always available if you had any questions. We enjoyed it very much. :)

We had a great time, including a 1 and a half year old. The apartment was also safe for the baby and Tobi and Olivia were very attentive and kind landlords. The apartment is super clean and tidy and the sauna is very nice at the end of the day. I can only recommend this place to people coming to the area.

Great location, in a picturesque, peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Great for those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. An apartment with unique decor, clean, tidy, all the essentials and amenities available on the property. The host is a very positive person. Except of only one species of the animals was visable, it’s a great place to calm down and enjoy the time.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Keszthely! The location on Nyárfa utca 29a was quiet and peaceful, yet just a short distance from the lake and town center. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and hope to return again!

Everything was very well communicated. One day before check-in, you will receive a message with all the information about the stay (arrival, check-in, the apartment itself, recycling, check-out). The pdf with explanation we received was only in German. Maybe there were other languages available after request, but we didn't check this. For the rest, it was a friendly host and an enjoyable and relaxing stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet area with lots of things to do. We cycled the path around the lake, swam in Lake Heviz and walked up to the lookout from the house. We ate in a great restaurant recommended by our hosts too. The flat has everything you need - we especially appreciated the washing machine. Hot tub was amazing - we used it every night. Communication was great and we received lots of local tips and suggestions. Would highly recommend. We stayed with children aged 8, 11 and 13.
