Bamboo Garden House

Zen Varázs Malom-tónál, aranyhalas patak parton, sétányra nyíló kertben, hol szőlő, füge, körte termett, kis házikót építettem. Tetejét cseréppel, falait fával fedtem, s szépen berendeztem. "Bambuszerdő" mellett izzó faparázson vacsorát süthettek, egy jó kancsó borral, finom falatokkal asztalhoz ülhettek. Hintaágyban ringatózva, patak csobogását, madár csacsogását hallgassátok, csillagok állását, Nap, Hold járását bámuljátok! A tavat körbesétáljátok! Remélem elvarázsol! 😉

There are 5 bedrooms, an open plan living, dining and kitchen, conservatory, terrace, cinema and a grand piano. The view reaches to the "Neckenmarkter Gebirge" and the property goes up to the tracks on which the Sonnenland Draisinen are on the road. On the terrace you can enjoy your life with a coffee creation, which you can get out of the coffee machine for free. What else could you ask for?

Small tiny house with everything you need and air conditioning. The available resources should be handled carefully! Bathroom with 50-liter hot water boiler. Kitchen with fridge/freezer, small oven, 2 hobs, kettle, coffee maker. Bedroom with bunk bed /160 cm wide. Large storage space underneath. Kitchen-living room with sofa bed. Own access/parking. Garden unfinished and in progress but no noise. We are always happy to help with any questions.

Rural Retreat with all comfort

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Your family is close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The center of downtown, Széchenyi and Dunakapu Square and the Theatre are within a 5-minute walk, the Danube bank is a 2-minute walk, the Arcade Shopping Center is 200 meters away. There is a small shop next to the entrance of the house. Cheap parking is 100 meters from the apartment (1200 HUF/day)
