Prashant and Anisha are wonderful hosts! The space is beyond gorgeous. We stayed in the bigger suite with another couple and it was so fun. They are also both incredible cooks and made breakfast for everyone that morning. The views and the garden area in the back are breathtaking. We are definitely coming back again.

This was our second stay with Linda and Putter and we expect more in the future! Highlights for us are the incredible breakfasts, the big bathtub, and the exceptional warmth and hospitality of our hosts. They went the extra mile to make our trip special and we really appreciated it. Everything was comfortable and clean and we had a great view of the stars at night from the balcony. As far as location goes, it's about 30 minutes to an hour to most of the popular hiking destinations on Skyline Drive. We also liked Shenandoah River State Park for a change of pace during peak bluebell season. Linda's food really is the best we've had in the area but we enjoyed West Main Market's sandwiches and beer garden after day on the trails.

Great location! The breakfast was farm fresh. Waldo and Shirley were great hosts and we had a wonderful conversation over breakfast. Loved Yogi and Peanut! The location was pretty unique, very secluded and perfect for weddings which is their main business.

An unbelievably charming and beautiful inn with some of the loveliest people working there! We stayed there because we were passing through the area, and needed a dog-friendly place to stay. It is so accommodating and welcoming of dogs, and people alike! The rooms are quaint, and the beds are comfy. They accommodated our dietary requests for our breakfast, which was so, so yummy. We stayed one night, but ended up staying past our check out because of a flat tire, and the staff could not have been kinder, and more understanding. They let us hang out until our car was fixed, and even recommended a place for us to get a new tire. We were already going to leave a glowing review, but after how gracious they were, I honestly wish we could do more. It is a lovely place to stay, and if you're in the Gettysburg area, you should absolutely stay at this inn. I don't know that we'll be traveling through the area anytime soon, but if we ever do, we will be staying at the Battlefield Bed and Breakfast, and you should too! :)

We came here for my husbands birthday weekend, the place was exactly what we needed to unwind. If you stay I'd suggest at least 2 nights to really get to appreciate the place!

We had a wonderful week staying with Dan & Robin. Dan was super helpful and always available when needed or for some small talk. We enjoyed visiting Ohiopyle statepark. Paddler's lane is a great base to explore the environment. Next to that, we met various extremely nice other guests who were staying here as well. Definitely would come back when we will explore the area on bikes!

We stayed here for one night and it was lovely. Quiet and numerous spaces in the house and outside to relax, read, hang out. Olga greeted us at the front door and was very hospitable. There is a winery right next door that we visited after check-in. Olga had plenty recommendations of things to do/places to eat in the area as well. Would stay here again if in the area!

Upon our arrival, Jonathan and Yvonne were so welcoming. Our room was spacious and we had everything we needed. The breakfast was the best we have ever had at a B & B! The afternoon treats (pecan bars & cookies) were also amazing! The Inn is within walking distance to several shops & great restaurants. We will absolutely be returning!

If you are looking to visit the city of Frederick but want a place away from the city Linda's is the perfect place. She was very responsive and has thought of everything from providing toiletries, to even providing amenities for a dog. The bed was very comfortable and felt like home. As soon as you walk into the house she has cookies waiting for you at the door and coffee machines on both floors. What is even more convenient is that she has a washer and dryer for guest to use. The breakfast she provided was great and the dining area for guest was beautiful. I really appreciated that he has a large fenced in yard for our dog to run and she went provided bags for the pet waste. Linda has really gone above and beyond. I was also fortunate enough to meet her and was so kind and welcoming. So if you ever want a beautiful relaxing place to stay and still be close to Frederick'd Linda's is the place to go!

Very convenient for those biking or hiking. Walkable to restaurants (before 8-9PM) and bars (friendly and open later with great prices). Lots of vareity for coffee 'creamers' and coffee all set up for you. Note though that the breakfast is assorted stuff from Aldi - more cereals and fruit. Grab and go for those with different start times on their day. That said, if you need protien or avoid processed foods you will want to supply your own breakfast.

Staying at a bed and breakfast for the first time this was a perfect experience Monique and her staff were so nice and accommodating from the moment we checked in until we checked out we felt right at home. The house is beautifully decorated the food Rachel made for breakfast was amazing she was very considerate of my food allergy and I felt very comfortable when talking about it with her. We are definitely looking forward to spending time there again. Shawn and Amanda

I would definitely recommend staying here. The room was lovely. The breakfast was so good as well.

Staying with Linda was great! We had a little trouble with the reservation/connecting with Linda beforehand, but once we got her on the phone, she was very helpful and flexible! Our arrival time was a little late and our departure time fairly early, but she worked around our needs. The place was great for a stop on our long drive and breakfast was just what we needed before we set out the next day. Would definitely stay again and explore more of the area next time!

The sheets were the softest sheets I've ever slept on in my LIFE. Hot water. Good water pressure in the shower. Dark and quiet for a great night's sleep.

Chris was very communicative and the space was exactly as described. Would defn stay again.

Maximo is a wonderful host. He was very attentive to all our needs and we had a great time. The place is very nice, clean with everything we needed. He prepared delicious breakfast and gave us a lot of helful info of the region. We warmly recommend his place!

Perfect location for me taking a course at Waterford Craft School and the hosts are so friendly and welcoming and generous.

Allyson’s place is gorgeous. It was the perfect overnight getaway for two couples. Her hospitality and amenities are more in line with a 5-star hotel than a vacation rental. We felt like special guests at the home of a friend and would love to visit again.

I have stayed here many times, this was by far the most beautiful room I’ve stayed in. The hosts are also extremely kind and helpful!

A place that honors the history of a small town. Worth evey penny:)

Lipi was an amazing host. I booked this place for my dad and it was the perfect location. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was spotless too. Lipi was very responsive and flexible to work with a last minute booking. She was warm and kind, and provided very clear instructions for the stay. I’d definitely recommend to choose her place, it’s very close to the IAD airport as well as many restaurants.

Wonderful stay. I was greeted on the front porch even though I had a late arrival. The minute I stepped in the front door I was treated as if we had been friends for years. Lee & Bernadette were very accommodating and friendly. I loved spending time with them and their animals. I entered as a stranger and left with an extended family.
