Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Western Finland

Wow, what a beautiful location. And such a lovely house. There was a an original sauna on the lake which allowed us a true Finnish experience. Elina was the perfect host. She was always responsive and keen to ensure we had a great time. Anyone booking this place will not be disappointed. We will be returning- maybe when there is snow on the ground. Thank you very much.

The cottage was really beautiful, cozy and fully functional, and the communication went well. This was one of the best places I've ever stayed.

Really big detached house on 2 floors for even a larger group Enough toilets, dishes and sufficient cold storage. Plenty of toys for children and a trampoline in the yard as a bonus House in good condition and tidy

Comfortable accommodation close to services

This is one of the best places we have stayed. It is a very quiet, peaceful location, surrounded by nature and beauty. If that's what you are looking for then this is the place for you. The house is stunning and modern with great views, the sauna is wonderful and encourages relaxation. We also loved using the boat and swam in the lake about 6 times each day! It's worth stocking up on food in one of the big supermarkets like the one in Lahti, but there are some amazing restaurants within a 35-40 minute drive. We are looking forward to staying here again soon.

Everything went well, the furniture and equipment were just as promised, even the musk was playing when we arrived at the accommodation.

We had a nice two-night stay in the cottage. The cottage was as described and in its own peace. We felt welcome. The children especially enjoyed the nudity and watched the waders on the beach. The bedrooms were pleasant to sleep in and the blackout curtains were really good! The kitchen had everything you needed. The indoor shower was necessary for our group. Unfortunately, we did not have time to test the yard sauna. The Orisberg church and the surrounding area seemed interesting, so there was also something to see for the next visit.

Juha’s place was a little piece of paradise on the coast where we could relax and unwind in complete comfort. He thought of everything with multiple areas to relax both inside and out. Plenty of firewood and a great BBQ for tasty dinners. Juha is a wonderful host and can comfortably recommend his place with a 5 star rating. Hope to be back again.

A nice and luxurious place where it is very nice to spend time with a larger group. The whole is crowned by a traditional wood-fired beach sauna, which is really nice to dip in the lake to cool off. Everything went well and smoothly in terms of accommodation. This place can truly be recommended.

Thank you for letting us spend Midsummer in Asikkala! The place was great and met our expectations. 🙏🏻 The arrival instructions and the video on the settings of the house appliances were really clear. Despite Midsummer, Mirva also helped us super fast with a couple of our questions.

Pia and Matti went above and beyond to make out family feel welcome. The place is really spacious and worked perfectly for our extended family. The house feels like a home immediately as you step in. The uninterrupted lake view, 2 x saunas and a very nice TV room with a woodburner/fireplace make it a great stay in the winter as well. Simply a Five Star place with very nice hosts.

A great place to stay with all the comforts you need, plus more. Everything went well with the agent and he was friendly. Check-in and checkout was really easy. Big recommendation!

The cottage corresponded very well with everything that was promised on the site, as well as clear instructions from the host before the start, it was easy to go to the cottage. We really enjoyed the very clean and cozy cottage and the outdoor hot tub. We can recommend to others.

We spent a wonderful weekend at the cottage sauna, swimming and relaxing. The cottage had everything you needed, a quiet and beautiful yard, and as a host Tuukka is really kind, flexible and hospitable, big thanks! :)

Celebrated Midsummer with a dog and a 1-year-old child. The small sandy area was nice for the child and the place is at the end of the road so the dog could be free. Everything needed was found inside and outside and we managed without problems. You get used to the sound of Jyväskyläntie mentioned in the description and when grilling, smoking, etc., you no longer notice them. A short distance to Sysmä/Hartola/Heinola where there are shops and services and water fountains for drinking water replenishment. No complaints from our family!

It’s our second time here and still had a great time! Very nice location. A great place to spend time with family and nature. Very spacious and lots of activities that you can do both indoor and outdoor. The kitchen is fully equipped. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, enjoy, and relax, this is the place. The host is very responsive and helpful👍🏻

This was one of the best summer cottage experiences I’ve ever had. Hannu’s place was even better than the photos and more spacious than I’d imagined. Beautiful views, a lovely sauna and a perfect swimming spot combined with a clean and peaceful space. I’ll be back for sure!!!

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay at Petri’s place. This was our first time in Finland and after exploring Helsinki we were excited to see what the lakes district had to offer and Petri’s place had it all. A hot tub (though we didn’t end up using because it takes several hours to heat up and we didn’t stay long enough), sauna (which we loved using), a large living area, comfortable bed and facilities, and the lake which we jumped into after the sauna. We cooked twice and found the cooking facilities good. The house was also very cutely designed with love hearts featured in clever ways. It felt very homely and romantic - like it had been built or designed with lots of love. The house itself is very private and there are no neighbours you can see across the lake or to the side. But it still felt safe and the internet connection was decent. Our only regret was not staying here for longer.

Friendly and helpful host couple. We felt welcome. Everything in the cottage was beautiful and thoughtful. Absolutely wonderful and beautiful place to spend a midsummer party! Special mention for good saunas. I can recommend this place!
