On the property, there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area, there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter, there are ski trails on the lake and an ice hole for winter swimming. An idyllic place only about a 10-minute drive from Umeå.

The main cabin has 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed, accommodation for 8 people. The sauna cabin can accommodate 5 people. In addition the main cabin has a utility room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
