Through large window elements on the ground floor very bright, with a large garden, therefore super suitable for children. 2 min. by foot to the beach, 12-15 min. by foot to Westerland-Zentrum. Opposite the property is a small grove, close to the aquarium as well as some restaurants. Optimal starting point for excursion by bicycle. Modern decor, equipped with everything imaginable. SATELLITE TV incl. SKY. Underfloor heating on the ground floor and in the bathroom DG.

You will be staying close to the Wadden Sea, which is on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Højer is worth a visit with the beautiful old houses and the small streets with sights such as Højer mill, Højer sluse, arts and crafts. The home: Ground floor contains a small kitchen, hallway with stairs to 1st floor, bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with double bed, dining room, and TV room. TV with the option to cast. 1st floor, small toilet, two bedrooms with double beds. You bring your own bed linen and towels.

One dog is also welcome. All North Frisian islands (Sylt, Föhr, Amrum) and Halligen (e.g. Hooge, Gröde, Langeness) as well as the islands of Pellworm and Römö in Denmark are easily accessible by day trip by car, train or boat.

Just a 15-minute walk to the beach & downtown. The train station & supermarkets are within walking distance. Fully equipped kitchen. A washer and dryer are also available. Spacious living room with dining area. The spiral staircase leads to the two bedrooms and the main bathroom with shower and bathtub.
