Herzlich Willkommen in unser gemütlichen Wohnung in der Tenne! Unweit vom Bahnhof/Busbahnhof (nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt). Von hier aus erreichst du fußläufig die Innenstadt mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften sowie den wunderbaren Strand. Auch Alt Westerland mit der wunderschönen Dorfkirche ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar! Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen Friesenhaus , du findest Sie im ersten Obergeschoss. Sie geht über zwei Ebenen, der obere Schlafbereich ist über eine Stiege erreichbar ( durch die Lage im Spitzbden, hat man wenig Deckenhöhe). Der Wohn und Essbereich ist großzügig und lichtdurchflutet. Offene Deckenbalken und eine gemütliche Einrichtung laden zum Verweilen ein. Kostenloses WLAN und ein Parkplatz für dein Auto ist hinter dem Haus vorhanden.

From here you can reach the pedestrian zone with numerous shops and shopping facilities in just 2 minutes, as well as the wonderful beach. There is NO parking space for your car. Sehr zentral gelegen, dennoch ruhig. Fußläufig sind Bäcker (ca. 100 m), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke und die Innenstadt von Westerland erreichbar. Zum Bahnhof Westerland sind es nur ca. 300 m - eine Anreise mit dem Auto ist daher prinzipiell nicht notwendig, aber möglich, da ein Parkplatz zur Wohnung gehört. Zum Strand sind es ca. ca. 700 m, zum Zentrum mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einem umfangreichen Gastronomieangebot sind es ca. 400 Meter.

Whether relaxing beach walks, beach vacations, shopping or feasting in Westerland, exciting surf cup on the Brandenburg beach, concerts in the music shell and much more is within walking distance in a few minutes! The fantastic apartment, over 90 m², can accommodate five people. It has a double bedroom with TV and adjoining shower room, as well as two cozy single bedrooms, one of which can be used as a double bedroom with pull-out bed. A private shower room is also available for this purpose. An open, fully equipped kitchen-living room with two patio doors makes the apartment a summer dream. The terrace can only be used by you in the morning, noon and evening sun.

We have recently renovated our captain's house Boysen, an old Sylt captain's house dating back to 1784, with a lot of love for detail. In the stylishly furnished 3 rooms garden apartment, you will find space for four people on approx. 80 square meters. From the living room with two sofas you can access a cozy terrace. The two cozy bedrooms each have a double bed (180 cm or 140 cm wide) and are already freshly furnished. Free parking is available.

2-room apartment/south balcony on the 3rd floor of an apartment building with elevator on the northern edge of Westerland's center. 2 minutes' walk to the beach just behind the dunes. 5 minutes to the Syltness Center/spa center, to the swimming pool (wave pool, sports pool, slide, sauna area). The pedestrian zone is within walking distance of approx. 8 minutes from the apartment. The train station is about 17 minutes away.
