The apartment is located on the 6th floor /end floor with a view over Westerland and can be reached by elevator. The living space is about 33 square meters and is divided into a small hallway, bathroom, kitchen and the living/sleeping room. It is a short walk to the beach and about 1 minute from the city center. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a Nespresso machine

How could the day start nicer in summer than with a refreshing dip in the sea ?? From here you can reach the pedestrian zone with numerous shops and shopping facilities in just 2 minutes, as well as the wonderful beach. There is NOT A parking space for your car. 2-room apartment/south-facing balcony on the 2nd floor of an apartment house with elevator on the northern outskirts of Westerland center. 2 min. walk to the beach just behind the dunes. 5 min. to the Syltness- Center/ Kurmittelhaus, to the swimming pool (wave pool, sports pool, slide, sauna area). The pedestrian zone is within walking distance about 8 minutes from the apartment. The train station is about 17 minutes away.
