What a beautiful place to stay - right next to a nature reserve, with the oyster catchers and curlews calling at night and wildlife wandering into the garden. But also very close to pubs, coffee shop and the sea. Great if you like birds, wildlife and peace and quiet.

This place is 5 star in everyway. Tina was an excellent host and very responsive. The place was very spacious and clean. Comfy king bed and good shower. There’s a lovely welcome pack. Outside there’s a big outdoor setting overlooking fields and a fully fenced paddock to exercise your dog. Definitely be back!

Just wow, this is possibly the nicest Airbnb I’ve stayed in! Beautiful house, everything was high quality, kitchen had everything we could need! We were a big group staying for my daughter’s wedding locally & it was just perfect! I’d come back to this area just for this house!

Lucy’s place was very neat and pristine. I had such a wonderful time. It was very lovely, great aesthetics and design, bathroom was spotless. Lucy herself is warm and friendly. Our stay at Minster was fabulous. Becky was the perfect host. the whole property was in perfect order- clean and very comfortable. There was even a helium 60th birthday balloon for our friend the celebration was for - so thoughtful! Everything we needed was provided - even ice in the freezer for our G&T's! I would whole heartedly recommend this property .

Simply fantastic - very stylish and spacious accomodation! Superb outdoor space. Great location for Maldon. 2-3 pubs within 5 minute walk and in less than 10 minutes walk to all Maldon has to offer. Located next to the estuary some fantastic walks/runs. Open water swimming if you fancy. Would highly recommend

Very nice

Lovely little place, was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. It was great to have the BBQ and seating outside so we could enjoy the sun. It was also good to have the passes for the clubhouse and pool. Our little one loved the Disney theme, especially all the Stitch items. Area is very peaceful, great views across the estuary. All the staff on site were very friendly and helpful, we had a great break.

The view from the caravan is beautiful. Waking up in the morning and having a cup of coffee while watching the the ships is absolutely amazing. I really enjoyed the view. The caravan is well equipped and my kids really enjoyed it playing outside while having a barbecue. Thank you very much and we hope to come back soon.

we stayed with Kirsty last year and were happy to visit again. peaceful located van away from the noisy kids, but close to amenities. would recommend. only improvement recommended is darker curtains as light shines in from very early morning, and any air vents or fans would help in very hot weather.

We really enjoyed our stay at Margaret's caravan. It had everything you would expect from a modern caravan. We particularly enjoyed the decking. The clubhouse was good fun with live entertainment. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this comfortable & peaceful place to stay which is also dog friendly. It was only a shame we couldn't stay longer.

We had a brilliant stay at Sandy’s! The cabin is lovely and homely, the bed was comfortable. The bottles of water, fruit bowl and biscuits were such a nice touch too. We felt at home and comfortable in our own private space. We loved the outdoor seating too. The only minor complaint was we couldn’t get the air conditioning working but really that was our fault for not testing it earlier in day!

The place is at good location, easy and close to get to Chelmsford by car, which was the location I was looking for, flexible self-check in, privacy and everything what you need is in the little house. The communication with Caroline was good.

Extremely clean. Sauces etc in kitchen was unexpected and a very nice touch . Ditto Extra duvets, pillows in wardrobes. Shampoo etc in bathroom. Single beds very comfy. Double bed has a firm mattress. Very nice stay. Would definitely stay here again

Fantastic lodge, just as described, spotlessly clean, everything you could need. Ideally located to visit Maldon, Burnham, Leigh on sea etc. Good choice of country inns and cafes. Would definately stay again.

We had an excellent stay at Henry's place. A beautiful historic cottage with eclectic and interesting touches. Henry clearly has an eye for design and this quirky and charming property has it all. The garden is wonderful and a overall a great place to get away from it. Location is excellent, less than 5 mins puts you to shops restaurants and historic riverfront but without losing its peacefulness. Henry's local knowledge, responsiveness and amenable nature helped make our stay even better.

Could not fault the hospitality of our hosts always on hand with any issues really friendly nothing was too much trouble. Gorgeous home from home!

Stayed about a month while visiting family. The house was exactly as described and very nice and clean. We had a great time
