Apartment vacation rentals in Westbourne

Had such a lovely mini break at this gorgeous flat! The location is fantastic, just an easy stroll to the beach, which made popping down for a morning swim or sunset walk so convenient. Westbourne village is a real gem too. We loved starting our day with coffee from Ounce (highly recommend!) and picking up pastries from one of the brilliant local bakeries. The food and highlight, though, was dinner at Renoufs - incredible cheese and wine, perfect for a relaxed evening. The flat itself is bright, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfy, stress-free stay. It felt like a real home-from-home. Host communication was fab, and top recommendations. Would absolutely book again for a seaside escape!

It’s a good size for 2 people. Yes you are right next to a busy main road & that’s the view from the balcony but for the price it was worth it! I appreciated the details, like the micellar water, cotton buds, shower gel etc & plenty of toilet roll for our stay. I found the bed comfortable, my partner struggled with it being too soft but he was delighted with the fan in the bedroom! Kitchen was well equipped with oils, herbs/ salt& pepper One suggestion however, is to upgrade the kitchen bin as it’s far too small & has no lid which isn’t great if you’re throwing away rubbish! Another suggestion would be to provide another decent sized glass, as I had to have a beer from a mug! I’d also recommend bringing an extra washing up sponge/ tea towel as the sponge especially smelt quite bad. It was about 10 min walk away from the beach/town, & a co-op just down the road. Also a few minutes drive to a huge Asda. Overall would stay here again, thank you for having us! ☺️

Beautiful apartment, clean and well kept. Loved the shower! Black out blinds put me right to sleep in a comfortable bed. Easy parking right at front, 12-13 mins walk to the beach, even shorter walk to the town centre. 2 mins away from Tesco express. Perfect location. Fast and easy communication with host. Such a cosy apartment with tea and coffee provided. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The day we arrived the lift unfortunately broke down and the two more able bodied of us carried the luggage up the stairs. To help us, Nick carried all our luggage downstairs on checkout and was very helpful when I left an item behind. The views are gorgeous, beds very comfortable and the space was much appreciated. Overall, our stay was great.

We stayed for 3 nights at “The View”. The property was ideally located for exploring the Mudeford area. On the waterfront it had views that you would never tire of. It is set in a peaceful and quiet location and is perfect for a chilling break. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped if you choose to stay in. All in all we would recommend to others and will hopefully return to stay in the not too distant future 👍.

Fantastic, peaceful retreat, a 10 minute walk from Westbourne with it's village feel and 10 mins from the beach, through a peaceful wooded chine. I know Bournemouth well and you'd struggle to find a better location. Tracy was always quick to respond and was a fabulous host. The apartment is in 'like new' condition with very stylish, high-end furnishings and decorations. The high ceilings and Victorian charm was lovely, and it benefits from a private, peaceful garden. Would definately highly recommend.

Fresh and spotless apartment which is exactly as it looks in the listing photos. The location is amazing, just a short walk to the beach and town centre, but also quiet despite the central location. The apartment is well equipped and had everything we needed. Loved sitting at the dining table and watching the sea view! The apartment building is also very clean and well kept, and really convenient with the private parking garage in the basement. Would definitely stay here again!

The previous reviews have captured the essence of this property. Whilst described as a flat it’s actually on two floors, like a traditional house, with kitchen, large dining room/lounge and waterfall shower/WC on the ground floor, and the two bedrooms, plus bath/WC on the first floor. Outside is a small enclosed dedicated garden area, where Julian Paul allowed me to keep my bicycle, which I chained to the tree! The property is 10 mins walk from Westbourne shops, and 15/20 mins to the beach (or the Tesco Superstore in a different direction). There’s also bus stops nearby, and an allocated parking space (although it won’t cope with an extra long car as it will overhang the pavement). All the facilities are there including wifi (code on back of router) washing machine, microwave, twin air fryer etc. Julian Paul responded quickly to queries and provided recommendations on cycle routes, restaurants, etc. Happy to recommend and I’ll be returning next time in the area.

We loved the location with a fantastic view to watch the beautiful south coast. The apartment had all we needed for a great weeks break, the beds were really comfy. the hosts communication was perfect and they assisted us with the one or two questions as soon as as asked. Would stay again and missing it today.

Genuinely the best Olaf wo have stayed on Airbnb - we were greeted with complimentary wine etc and there was everything we could have needed in the cupboards. Had a great time sat on the balcony in the nice weather, and we were even allowed to check out at 1pm. thanks for everything!

Lovely two bed apartment on the second floor, around 5 minutes walk to the beach. Clean and well presented, with an underground car park and access via a lift to the second floor. We had a lovely stay. Only things to be aware of were that the check-in was via a key that was posted to us a couple of weeks before our stay. We then had to post it back. Not an issue for us, but something to be aware of if you wouldn't be at your AirBnB registered address before your stay. Also, apartment was quite warm. We weren't expecting AC but a fan or two would have been a plus. Generally thoroughly recommended.

Spacious well configured studio apartment with superb shower room and all amenities supplied with clear instruction. I know the area well for Westbourne shops and restaurants this is located within a 10 minute pleasant stroll. I will definitely like to return soon.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Bournemouth. The flat was spotlessly clean, beautifully and simply decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was in a quiet neighborhood but still just a short walk from the Boscombe Pier/Beach and have a very accessible bus stop if you want to go to Bournemouth Beach or city centre. The bed was super comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, coffee and tea, and a guidebook with local recommendations. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host - Tara, was easy and friendly. This Airbnb made our trip even better. I’d definitely recommend it if you are a group looking for a cozy and well-located home base in Bournemouth. Would absolutely love to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Chris's place. It was very clean and comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family, including lots of floor space for our young boys to play with their toys. The kitchen was especially well equipped which made it very easy to prepare meals. The walk-in shower was really luxurious with great water pressure - very refreshing after a day at the beach. Chris was friendly, accommodating and very easy to communicate with. I realised I'd forgotten my jacket shortly after we checked out and Chris very kindly dropped it down to us at the beach. The flat is in-between Westbourne and Alum Chine beach so it's a pleasant 10-15 minute walk either way. Westbourne had everything we could need including a nice bakery, coffee shop and we had excellent fish and chips from Chez Fred. Alum Chine beach was perfect for us with a slope down (rather than steps) for our pushchair, public toilets and a children's playground.

A place I can really recommend

We loved our stay at the White House. Check in was a breeze and when we entered the property there was a welcoming box with goodies and wine. Everything was brand new, the kids loved the swings and trampoline and we enjoyed the hot tub. Loads of utensils in the kitchen to help with meal times. A fantastic location, just minutes to the beach. This is a hidden gem and we can’t wait to go back. Thank you

Very comfortable stay. Great location in Sandbanks, in a peaceful location in short walking distance to the restaurants, and access to the dog friendly beach is just across the road. The property was ideal for us, spacious, plenty of room in the lounge, kitchen areas and bedrooms, and very well equipped. Direct access to the garden was great as we had our dog with us, and the hot tub was a welcomed bonus. Leyla was super responsive, gave us all the details and attention needed. Very grateful to her. We will definitely stay again.

It is pretty expensive as stays go but is a great location right by the beach, plus it was half term. The flat was clean and really well presented and v spacious! There was an issue with the sky/tv when we arrived and it was sorted really quickly and Jonathan was v helpful. We had a lovely couple of days.

We had a lovely stay at Rivendell Park. Both Natalie and snick were perfectly friendly and helpful. They have recently taken over the site and have lots of plans. We loved the relaxed and intimate nature of the site. We everyone felt trusted and safe. The facilities are great and set to get better. The flat was great with the pool eifht opposite. Which was super convenient.hl great place for children to meet and enjoy playing together, while the parents can relax a little. Great park. With a really friendly team. We will definitely be back. Perfect location, very helpful host, would highly recommend for couples to explore the Island, and of course the bonus of use of the hot tub. We will return next time we are on the Island without the family. Thank you
