With easy access to the A1 just 3-4 minutes away leading to Grantham, Stamford to the South and Newark and York to the North. The village of Long Bennington (4 mins by car or 20 mins by foot over country paths - difficult in the dark / can be muddy) offers 3 pubs with food, 2 takeaways, a coop store, and cafe, with beautiful walks along the river Witham from the doorstep, a real retreat from the busy and hectic.

A warm and cozy one bedroom flat with plenty of parking for cars and large vehicles (horse boxes, kart trailers etc). Conveniently located 1.5 miles off the A1, one mile north of Grantham. It’s an ideal base for visiting Belton House, Lincoln Cathedral and Castle, Belvoir Castle and Burghley House. Very convenient for Stubton Hall, Newark showground and competing at Arena UK or PFI Karting circuit. There are lovely walks in the surrounding countryside directly from the back door.

Entry is through a shared utility area (separate to our house) and a private stair case leads to the apartment. We also offer private off road parking for one car.

Enjoy the local towns and their enthralling history, from the Romans through the Vikings and the civil war to WW2 bomber history. Being 1.5 miles from the A1 makes it an easy area to find and enjoy.

The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.
