Welcome to this incredibly spacious Victorian house, set in its own grounds only a few minutes walk from the centre of Todmorden, with sauna and outdoor shower! This is our family home that we want to offer for a large family gathering (no stag or hen dos!). We will share proper photos with you if you contact us. 7 bedrooms, 5 with king size or super king size beds, the other 2 with bunks. One of the bedrooms is part of a self contained annex (see our other listing), connected to the main house

Set at the foothills of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, sleeping up to 12 guests, combining luxury with total seclusion. Staying within Broughton Sanctuary also means access to nature walks, wild swimming, access to Avalon, our on-site well-being centre with pool, sauna and steam room. Breakfast included.

The ground floor accommodation is extremely stylishly appointed with a large, open-plan living/dining room which features Jacobean-style painted wall panelling as a stunning backdrop. Stone mullion windows, beamed ceilings, oak floors and doors lend a sense of rustic charm to the fabric of the building and yet there is every modern amenity. There is access to wooded and landscaped gardens with long-reaching views of the surrounding countryside and a private area to sit and enjoy the location.

The Knoll is a recently renovated home based in Ilkley. The property has 5 bedrooms, generous living space and 0.5 acres of garden to enjoy. The property is situated next to Ilkley Moor and Ben Rhydding Golf Course, just a short walk (up a steep hill!) to the Cow and Calf Rocks and its namesake pub. The space is fantastically well equipped for children and adults alike, with a stocked playroom, an EV charger, a resident cat and a log burner, amongst many other things.

A beautiful cabin set high up on our terraced garden in Hebden Bridge. With woodland views, a getaway for people looking to quiet down and switch off. With private use of a wood-fired jacuzzi hot tub and sauna, set over three levels, this is a great place to relax after a long walk or bike ride. Close to the Pennine Way and Calderdale Way, there are lots of outdoor activities to choose from and also within walking distance of Hebden Bridge centre and Heptonstall.

Butlers cottage

This cottage is set back off the road making it a great private secluded cottage which feels miles away from anyone while being close enough to local pubs, shops and great walks. It is completely private with the hottub available to use in the private garden until 10pm. This cottage has a great sauna inside also for you enjoy. From searching I believe this is the only cottage exclusive for 2 guests with sauna and hottub. Exclusive just for you to use
