Ryans Cabin

A unique attractive open plan Cabin for guests looking for a relaxing get away to the beautiful New Forest. The Cabin is located in the grounds of Ryans Cottage, in the middle of Bramshaw. The surroundings offer natural woods and trails, where you will have endless walks and cycle rides throughout some of England's most stunning countryside. A wonderful habitat for birds, deer, ponies and donkeys. There are many local pubs, restaurants, coffee shops for those valuable lunches and evening meals.

Magnolia Cottage is adjacent to the New Forest.

The Cottage is in the private gardens of Camellia Lodge accessed through automatic gates and sleeps 2. One well behaved dog is welcome; but please provide details on your initial enquiry as we reserve the right to decline certain breeds. You will be given a key fob for the gates. There is a games room with a pool table, darts board and tv for the use of Airbnb guests. Visitors by agreement with owner. Adjacent to the New Forest National Park in East Wellow with easy access to the A36 and M27.

Stride’s Barn

A newly restored and beautifully refurbished oak framed barn conversion bordering the New Forest National Park . With spectacular far reaching views Stride’s Barn is situated 9 miles from the Cathedral City of Salisbury and 15 miles from Southampton . An ideal base to explore the local areas including many walks, pubs , restaurants, golf clubs and other tourist attractions such as Stonehenge and Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World . Can be rented with additional listing ‘The Cowshed’ (sleeps 2) .

The Summer House

The Summer House is a recently converted guest house, self contained with fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bed on the galleried mezzanine level ,accessed by ladder stairs with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has wi-fi , streamed TV, and ceiling speakers for streaming music. The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits at the top of 14 acres of grounds over looking the main house. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Shepherds Pye - Lakeside Retreat In The New Forest

Shepherd's Pye is a unique, 1920's Railway Carriage. Rescued from a local farm as a neglected frame, it has been lovingly restored by ourselves into a cosy, modern retreat on the edge of the New Forest. The hut is set in a secluded, private spot on our farm overlooking a lake. It is self contained and finished to a high standard; including a comfy double bed, heating, mains electrics and a fully equipped kitchen and en-suite bathroom, supplying all you need for rural yet comfortable stay.

On the site of what was the Ritz Carlton of catteries in The New Forest we have created a luxury cabin for you to curl up in front of the log burner and to use a base for exploring this beautiful part of the world. The L'il Cat House is a 20 minute drive from the beautiful beach of Lepe, that faces The Isle Of Wight; 5 minutes from Peppa Pig World (Paultons Park). In the grounds behind the owners’ house, the cabin is secluded & discreet, but with your friendly hosts close at hand if needed.
