Kid-friendly vacation rentals in West Valley City

This home was perfect for our family. We have two young children and the layout of the home worked well so we could watch the children while we cooked and did laundry easily. The host had toys set out for when we arrived which helped us unpack while our children played. The host also set up a pack and play and high chair for us upon arrival. Other child friendly features include locks on some of the kitchen cabinets, washer/dryer next to the kitchen and living room, plastic utensils/plates/bowls, and lots of extra towels and blankets. The home was fully stocked with laundry supplies, shampoo, conditioner, and soaps. We were able to take our children on strolls though the neighborhood. There was a variety of local restaurants as well as a nearby Walmart, Smiths, and coffee shops. Close driving distance to a variety of nearby sites. They also have a beautiful back yard for peaceful evenings after the kids go to sleep.

Our family of five needed a convenient place to stay for one night before our early flights home from SLC. We really enjoyed dinner on the backyard patio. Her place was spotless and very pretty. Would definitely stay here again :)

Awesome place to stay in the Daybreak area. Easy to get places. Great food. Good grocery stores. Really beautiful park a With playground, jogging paths and splash pad just around the corner. The basement apartment was perfect for our family with plenty of extra bedding and the kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and supplies to bake and cook. Would definitely stay there again when we visit.

1st time using Airbnb and it was a fun experience. Jared was a great host and very quick to replying to my messages. The place is super clean, very nice and very relaxing. There were close by restaurants and cinemark is very close by as well. There are near by parks and trails and did not have any problems with the location. Very quiet and not a busy street. Easy check in, easy check out :)

My family and I had a good stay. I appreciate Scott’s proactive communication & prompt responsiveness. The neighborhood was quiet and suitable for me. One thing to note is that this is a duplex unit and the other unit is beneath you. I wasn’t aware of that and we got a little startled one evening when the other guest checked in late & we heard them.

Katie's place was comfortable for our family of 7. She had all the dishes we needed to cook and bake, the toys and fun things kept our kids busy and it was convenient to our conference location. Thank you!

Overall we had a great time. Very friendly people and very accommodating. It was very spacious and peaceful.We enjoyed our stay and wish we could stay longer. Looking forward to our next visit ! Only about 20 min to downtown Salt Lake City.

Benji is awesome and his living space is absolutely phenomenal. They are amazing hosts, the hot tub is warm, and the atmosphere is so peaceful it makes us want to move to Herriman. Mattress was firm and comfy, and our only note for other guests is that they have fluffy pillows, whereas some people prefer firm, definitely not worth taking any credit away from them over, so when we stay again (which we definitely will be!) we are gonna bring our home pillows. Definitely stay here!!

Mike was very polite and flexible, even with our late arrival. The place was private and peaceful. Felt right at home! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!!

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying here. It was extremely easy to get in and out of the house, and the house was clean. They made sure we had everything we needed and also informed us that they had a couple of dogs and we could meet them if we were comfortable with it, which we were and they were both lovely! I would absolutely come back again if given the opportunity. Thank you so much!

Rileys place is perfect for any type of stay. It has everything you may need and a quiet peaceful neighborhood. I highly recommend!

Nice apartment. About a mile from downtown. Not a bad walk but a few sketchy spots at night. Apartment was nice and as advertised.

We were very pleased with this home. Everything was clean and orderly. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

My gal and I really enjoyed Kevin's space. It's a great, large studio setup with a legitimate kitchen. There were lots of little accommodations we appreciated such as tea, lil chocolates, and the fact the spot had recently been carpet cleaned. Kevin and I had a nice convo about his property as well, what a cool house! We hope to return.

Robert’s place was absolutely gorgeous. The space was light and airy, as well as very clean. The beds were extremely comfy. His landscaping was dreamy and I was jealous!

Ciara was a great host. When our original rental fell through due to an ac unit issue she set us up in a new unit same day. I really appreciated her for that. The house was clean, easily accessible, and the bed was the comfiest I've ever slept on.

Great home base and amenities. Right across the street from the delicious breakfast and coffee place Vosen's Bread Paradise too. Public transit is close by and everywhere we wanted to go was a ten minute or less Lyft ride away.

The livable space is far larger than expected. Clean and cozy. Check-in time is 5pm is kind of late.

I love this place!! When I walk in it feels like I am home! So convenient to the train and convention center! I will always stay here!

So happy to have found this place. I was looking for a quick and close place next to our concert venue. Couldn't have chosen a better place to rest after the show. It was felt cozy yet spacious. Perfect for a couple's getaway. Rebecca gave us clear instructions on how to check-in. Came and left without any problems.

Had a very comfortable stay at Elizabeth’s. Check in was seamless, the house was great- especially the jetted tub. She was very communicative throughout our stay.

i love that it’s right next to a light rail stop and that makes it so easy to get around PLUS parking right in front. however if there are people staying in the place directly above, it is VERY loud when they walk around. i was woken up early just from their steps but other than that i enjoyed my stay.

This location is wonderful -- less than 2 blocks from Temple Square, walking distance to many good restaurants, and a close drive to other museums and sights around SLC. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable. We had one small issue (a shower rod that broke while we were there), and David was there within 1/2 day to replace it. Highly recommend!
