Monthly Rentals in West Side

The hosts are great—very responsive and accommodating. It’s a lovely space, with a fully functioning kitchen and very walkable to a close cta stop that’s a quick 30 minutes downtown. Area around the place is lower income, so if you’re not used to being in a city, you maybe feel less comfortable. Would recommend if you’re comfortable with urban environments though!

Patty was a very communicative host and was very easy to reach when I had questions.

I was able to spread out and relax and work without tv noise. Great place to hibernate before season springs.

I really enjoyed my stay here . Genova place is very affordable, well kept for a shared space . I like that everything was organized . Toiletries such as body soap , hair conditioner was provided as well as towels and linens . Genova was able to accommodate me as well with some plans that didn’t quite work out with my airfare . I was very grateful and appreciative of that as well . Very good and timely with communication on whatever I needed . I’m sure a future stay here will be planned out . Maybe sooner than later .
