Swan Cottage set in the Brecks with Hot Tub

MacRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a wonderful stay at this amazing little cottage set on a working farm. The views across the fields were absolutely stunning—truly a breath of fresh air. It was the ideal place to unwind and disconnect. Mary and her team were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They even offered us a later checkout, which was such a kind gesture (though we sadly had to decline as we were eager to get home to see our son). The hot tub was a fantastic bonus, perfect for relaxing after a peaceful day. And the complimentary bottle of wine, A lovely touch—it went down very well! The nearby village of East Harling is just a 30-minute walk away and has everything you need for a quiet retreat—whether it’s grabbing some basic groceries or enjoying a drink at one of the friendly local pubs. It’s great not having to rely on the car at all. We would highly recommend this cottage to any couple looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. We’ll definitely be back.

The Gig House - Relaxing Spa Break

LeilaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The Gig House was fantastic. Beautifully presented and exactly as described. Situated within beautifully maintained grounds, and just a few seconds stroll to the spa, it was absolutely perfect for our girly getaway! Tan and Hannah’s communication was excellent and they were very helpful. Plus the spa was great, friendly staff, great treatments and lovely outdoor jacuzzi pool with sun loungers to relax and lap up the sunshine. Who could ask for more!

Charming Romantic Cottage + Hot Tub

SimonRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Pips Cottage was a lovely quaint place, based in a location that opened up lots of other opportunities to get out and about around Suffolk. Ringsfield itself is a sleepy place, with just a pub for leisure time. The cottage was perfect for what we wanted, quiet, but accessible enough to other areas. The cottage is lovely and cosy and had everything you needed for a few days away. Would highly recommend.

Luxury 1 bed cottage with hot tub and log burner

NickRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We stayed in Mallard Cottage for two nights arriving Saturday afternoon. The cottage was clean and welcoming, matching the description and photos . Ideal for couples. We didn’t have a dog but it was pet friendly. Hot tub was just right for relaxing and we did a 5 mile walk on Sunday door to door. Dabbling Duck pub in the village was disappointing. Thanks for a lovely time few days in the cottage, just what we needed!

The Old Bakehouse, a cosy North Norfolk retreat

DeanRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Perfect little spot from which to explore North Norfolk. The accommodation was really clean and tidy and has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Harriet responds very quickly to give information for the stay, and this makes check-in really easy and safe. Her home is in a peaceful village, has allocated private parking, and has a welcoming homely feel about it. Harriet should be very proud indeed! We would definitely recommend a stay here!

Lily cottage - cute cottage in idyllic Holt

KimRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Very cute tiny cottage, set in a small cul de sac, where parking is available but tight. Parked across the road in a dedicated car park We visited with our whippet for a couple of days. Back yard not enclosed, and neighbours able to access the shared area. Otherwise very convenient for accessing Holt by foot which is very pleasant and has a wide range of shops. Visited Holt Country Park, and Holkham Beach both beautiful.

Keepers Cottage, in 36 acres of Norfolk nature.

RosemaryRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We loved the location - had no problem finding the track but we arrived in daylight. We used “what3words” from home and it took us through centre of Norwich at its busiest time so next time will put Hainford in then“what3words” Much easier on way back home The cottage has everything you can possibly need even with “little bits and pieces” in the kitchen cupboard. Photos don’t do it justice. Very dog friendly both inside and out. Our Border Collies are used to being rural so it was a perfect location with all the fields. We saw herds of deer most days ( our brave Border Collies were scared of them ) Being able to walk around the fields was so lovely. Matthew had given us so much information on dog walks prior to our arrival which was welcome. Our favourite place to visit was Blickley Hall - about 20 mins away (NT) The whole place was just wonderful ( although we didn’t go inside the beautiful building as had the dogs) Theres a wealth of things to do within easy distance

Little Oak, 1.5 miles from North Norfolk Coast

CherylRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Fabulous little home from home to explore the Norfolk coast. Little Oak was spotless and very welcoming, everything you could possibly need had been thought of and all of very high quality. Within a few minutes drive of the coast and seaside towns, and straight onto lovely woodland walks from your doorstep. The hosts live next door, but are totally unobtrusive, yet on the other end of the phone should you need them. Very responsive to messages. It is next to a busy road, and you do hear lots of traffic, however that is literally the only small negative and it didn’t impact on our stay at all. We would definitely return!

Our third stay at the cottage. So homely and comfortable. Also very elegant and spotlessly clean. Angie leaves a welcome basket with essentials and treats, and she has really tried to think of everything you might need. Communication is excellent. It is the most beautiful area. So peaceful. Not too far to travel to the sea and surrounding villages and towns. We love this area of Norfolk, people are generally very hospitable and welcoming to tourists. I even found a car park in Cley (a very pretty busy little village with lovely walks around the marshes) which was free with a recommended donation.

Custard Cottage West Runton Norfolk

ClareRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This is a gem of a cottage on the North Norfolk coast situated between Sheringham and Cromer. It’s a short drive to both. The cottage is deceptively spacious once inside offering plenty of space downstairs, with a large homely kitchen with long table seating 8 comfortably ( although we were only a party of six) There is a conservatory,an outside seating area and a comfortable lounge with log burner - very cosy indeed. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with high quality utensils and pots and pans. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms immaculate. Also worth mentioning that we had three cars and were able to park these without issues next to the property .
