Also, a Gas Fire Pit on lower level deck- available to guests, UNLESS Fire Danger’s high- will be removed. There’s a total of 3 queen-sized beds & 4 single beds, in the new expanded Blue Bird Haven, which can sleep 10 guests. Basic de'cor- relaxing! This house is a comfy, cozy, 2 bedroom, 1 bath house built in the early 1900's and recently updated. It is in the heart of the Black Hills, minutes from Deadwood. It is close to skiing and snowmobiling in the winter; hiking, sightseeing and fishing in the summer. The deck overlooking Lead offers a space in the sun or a covered portion for shade. Four person hot tub and fireplace makes the end of day so relaxing! Be aware, there are 32 stairs from street to house. Trailer parking available.

We have lived here for 40 years and are still amazed with the beauty of the Northern Black Hills. Close to so much, but with a real connection to the pristine nature that the Black Hills are famous for.

Beautiful home in Rapid City. Located just outside of the city limits (4 minutes from I-90 access) in secluded and very pleasant wooded area. We are very knowledgeable about the Hills and surrounding area and would be happy to share with you any advice about things to do/see in the area! Winter guests must read full description for road conditions. Absolutely no parties. Please also note there are 18 stairs (all indoor and carpeted) to get from the front door to the living area.
