Located on the edge of the award winning village of Cuddington, walk to the thatched roof pub for drinks and dinner or village store for supplies and news papers. Only 10 minutes drive to the bustling market town of Thame, 35 minutes to Oxford, 40 minutes to London by train and 45 minutes to London LHR.

The Hideaway Loft. Pool*, Sauna, Gym, Yoga classes

The Hideaway is nestled in the Wiltshire countryside on a four acre smallholding near to the foothills of Roundway Down. It is a self-contained 1st floor studio, adjacent to the hosts property, surrounded by sheep, donkeys, dogs, chickens, a pony and large African tortoise. The opportunity to feed the lambs during springtime can be arranged. *Guests are welcome to use the family pool during the summer months (June-September) as well as sauna, gym and onsite yoga classes (arranged after booking).

The Poolhouse

Surrounded by fields, our poolhouse is set away from the main house. Providing the ideal base for business and leisure guests. Well placed for the many regional attractions. Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

Four bedrooms, sleeps eight, large family home in Kingham, Chipping Norton, with private heated swimming pool in garden for guests' sole use. Pet friendly and enclosed garden, safe for dogs. Enjoy spacious open plan living, loads of natural light. Huge kitchen, lounge, log-burning stove, dining area opening onto garden patio for summer entertaining. Comfy bedding - 1 superking bed (can be split into 2 x singles), 1 king bed in main bedroom (with bath!) and 2 double beds. Perfect for groups!

The Loft, St Catherine, Bath.

A beautiful, private self-catering studio apartment set in sought after luscious green, exclusive and wild destination of St Catherine, just 20 minutes from World Heritage site city of Bath. Guests have exclusive use of private hot tub for en extra cost please see details below. There is a pet fee of £20 per pet. In summer months guests can hire fire bowl/barbecue and logs, for £20. Possible use of swimming pool when it's open for added extra cost. Please enquire for details on this.

The Ndoro Cottage with use of a Natural Pool.

The Ndoro Cottage has been lovingly designed, to create a cozy 'home from home feeling'. The cottage has its own private, south facing garden which enjoys a peaceful location with stunning views. The woodlands and fields hold an abundance of wildlife and birdlife all of which can be viewed from the property - plenty of deer too!! Change over days are Mondays and Fridays. Enabling a 3 night weekend break, or a 4 night week break or a week at a time - Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday.

The Pool House, for 2 adults & up to 2 children

The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. THE POOL IS NOW CLOSED IT WILL REOPEN ON THE 1st OF MAY 26 THE POOL WILL BE HEATED IN JUNE, JULY & AUGUST, IT WILL NOT BE HEATED IN MAY.

We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). The sofa in the lounge is a sofa bed that can become another double bed so that if required the lounge can convert to a third bedroom, thereby sleeping up to 5 people. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar suitable for 2 ( the dining table in the lounge will seat5 ) has Wi-fi and parking is free.There is an additional one bed apartment available that sleeps 4 ( utilising a sofa bed in the lounge)
