Vered the host was very friendly, welcoming and responsive from the first minute we spoke. The place is extremely clean, cozy, and in a very nice neighbourhood. The area is also safe and very close to the airport and away from the business of the borough. I'll be staying there in the future again.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home near New York City. Comfortably furnished and pleasantly decorated, with a well furnished kitchen and there were even games for the kids. The host was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the harbor filled with sailboats from the park next door and my kids loved the playground too!

We absolutely loved the living environment there. It was incredibly quiet, providing the perfect peaceful retreat. The landlord went above and beyond by sending us over 20 detailed instructions in advance, explaining how to use every facility in the apartment. From start to finish, everything was meticulously arranged. We were all extremely satisfied with this stay

The place was in a perfect spot for all the activities we had planned for the weekend. Markets, restaurants and more close by. It was a beautiful home and I would definitely book again if I am in the area. Also Jamillah was very professional, friendly and responsive. Which made the experience very enjoyable.

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

Incredible place; incredible stay! The place was clean and as-described. She was SUPER responsive and very friendly! The bed was so comfy and it was a 2-3 minute walk to the bus stop which you can take to NYC. Highly recommend! Just giving you a head’s up that the bus does not run all night at that stop.

I'm really glad I chose this spot for my 2 day trip to NYC. The house was on a street tucked away from the other, more busy streets, which was nice. My partner and I drove my car and were able to park it on the road or temporarily in the lot nearby until someone left for work (the host was also nice enough to text us to ask if we wanted to take her spot). We chose to take the Port Imperial ferry straight to NYC every day - the ferry was a 15 min Uber or 30 min walk away andwas 10 bucks a person and worked well to get to the heart of the city (8 min ferry ride). The house itself was comfy, clean, and had cute touches.

Judee’s place provided a great place for our multigenerational family to stay while in town for a graduation. The place was well laid out and gave us all enough space to spread out. It was very clean and very well stocked with everything you need. Judee is very responsive and got back to us very quickly and takes great care and concern in her property. The only down side is parking more than one car was difficult. Just plan to have one and you’ll be all set. Definitely recommend!

Our stay at this AirB&B was absolutely perfect for our large family of seven. The spacious accommodations allowed everyone to settle in comfortably, and we all fit together quite well. The beds were incredibly cozy, and I found myself wishing I could take the mattresses home with me. The pillows, too, were wonderfully soft—such a contrast to those at hotels that tend to leave your neck aching. We had everything we needed to relax and, if we desired, prepare our own meals. The host was exceptionally attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we felt pampered and well-cared for, almost akin to staying at a five-star hotel. I had conducted thorough research before our trip, knowing that parking was crucial for our large group. This place was truly ideal; while it may take some time to reach New York City, that's only due to traffic, not distance. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that met all our needs!

Mel was very responsive. Place was very clean when we arrived. Parking was a breeze. She provided us with extra amenities like extra tooth brushes and water. Buses to manhattan are very close. Tons of food spots near by. The shower was a little too small for my liking but overall an amazing experience!

Yohanny was a super friendly and welcoming host! Her place corresponds to the description and is in a location that makes Manhattan very accessible (ferry or bus) yet puts you outside of NYC's constant activity. The surroundings provide all the shops you need (supermarket, restaurants, liquor store...). We went there with 3 kids and felt super safe. 5/5!

Excellent place perfect for our stay

Property was very nicely maintained. We did go in June so with heat and humidity did require the use of the provided air conditioners which can be very noisy. They did provide ear plugs so that helped. The location is incredible with a beautiful park walking distance with city views and an adorable farmers market on the weekend. Very peaceful neighborhood with parking not being a big issue. The property is not in Hoboken so did have to adjust our plans a bit so be sure to discuss exact location before booking if that’s specifically where you want to be . Overall a wonderful stay. Expert hosts who were very responsive and gave a ton of information on local attractions and restaurants. Would highly recommend the property .

This place was great for our guys trip. It was spotless, inviting, and spacious. Her Airbnb was a relief to come to after a long red eye flight. We would definitely book again.

Wonderfu, spacious apartment, perfect location near the subway, safe neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants nearby.

We had a lovely stay! Looked just like the photos and the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet. Conveniently located near MetLife Stadium which was our whole purpose of staying here. Would def stay here again.

Jian's place is clean, comfortable, and a good value for a short stay. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the apt is a 15 minute bus ride to downtown Flushing, and 5 minutes by uber from LGA. The neighborhood is quiet, and I felt very safe walking late at night. However you will hear the planes taking off from LGA. Check-in is via a keypad and Jian responds quickly to any questions. There was a glitch at the beginning of the stay which Jian resolved quickly. The nearest subway into Manhattan is from downtown Flushing, so traveling into Manhattan can take 90 minutes, or even longer if returning late at night as the buses from Flushing run less frequently. The bed and linens are comfortable and of good quality, the bathroom has a large step-in shower with great water pressure and instant hot water. Flushing is a great destination for authentic Chinese food with more variety and better prices than Chinatown. I definitely recommend Jian's place.

Accommodation nice and clean! Value for money very good and Carolina was very nice and helpful. The way to NYC by bus was sometimes a bit exhausting and long (about 45 minutes in normal traffic)

We had a great time at Abby and Mary's apartment. The location is great! Quiet but still super fast by bus to Midtown Manhattan. We will be happy to come back.
