Right across Hudson River on NJ side. It is 3 stories Townhouse, your en-suite is on 2nd floor. If you need cooking must request and pay $20 extra by cash, $5 afterwards, parking $15/per day. Be aware you are booking an en-suite inside a townhouse. Both 2nd and 3rd floor has two rental units . So you need to share entrance and staircase with these guests. Amazing Manhattan skyline view, 4 NJ transit buses running from us to Time Square in about 20-30 minutes. Bus stop is in front of the house.

The unit is located half a block from boulevard east, the bus passes every 5-10 minutes and takes you to Times Square. Cost is $3-3.50 per person. It will take you 1 minute to get to that bus stop.
